Benny is declining slowly since they moved to the newer location.I remember his old location, it was a delicatessen! When they moved here, it was super average.Please guys restructure your work and get back as before

Worst restaurant service!!After 1 hour of waiting we received our incomplete order (missing 2 kibble meals for our children). My partner immediately called the restaurant back. We told him that our order has priority and will be sent to us as soon as a delivery person returns. 1h30 later still no sign of the delivery man. My guests have left. My partner calls back to demand a refund and tells them to let it happen. He is told that it is impossible and that the order will be delivered. 30 minutes later as we were getting ready to put our children to bed, the delivery man showed up at the door with the 2 missing dishes. No apology from the restaurant or delivery person. I have never seen such poor delivery and customer service. I gave 1 star because I had no choice. If I could have put stars in the negative I would have done so.

Je veux porter plainte ! Contre la rôtisserie 3066, située au 2800 chemin chambly à Longueuil ! Staff et gérant condescendant ! Me dit qu’il n’y a rien de parfait dans la vie, et qu’il ne peut rien faire ! quand je commande une poutine général tao tout à part (car l’option est disponible sur la commande en ligne) et que la poutine arrive ici rien appart ! Il me dit que malheureusement c’est la seule poutine qui ne peut être servie “tout à part”!! Pas mon problème ! Ma fille ne mange pas de fromage! La commis au téléphone qui soupire ! Une commande à 75$ et je me fais traiter de la sorte ! Très ordinaire !

This place is absolutely terrible! I ordered a duo, and the food was raw. It made me so sick that I had to see a doctor. When I tried to contact them for a resolution, they completely ignored me. Avoid this place at all costs!Cet endroit est vraiment épouvantable ! J'ai commandé un duo, et la nourriture était crue. Ça m'a rendu tellement malade que j'ai dû consulter un médecin. Lorsque j'ai essayé de les contacter pour résoudre le problème, ils m'ont complètement ignoré. Évitez cet endroit à tout prix !

The photo is not an error. This is the result of my Benny order NEVER arriving, despite having received their confirmation.After 1.5 hours, I tried to call the restaurant which was closing in 15 minutes, and they simply did not answer. So, I ordered elsewhere. Delivered in 20 minutes :)

I had it delivered to the house, and ordered online. I asked for it to be delivered at 5:45 p.m., for a specific reason, but everything arrived at 5:23 p.m.......wet and greasy fries and slices, all very COLD. I have been a customer for a long time, but this was the last time. At the price paid, I am very disappointed. Goodbye Benny Bbq....

1:45 wait for a delivery. Contacted twice by phone... to be told that it's possible to be late at dinner time (it's a Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.) and also that we're not at the door... It's disappointing to be blamed when it's Benny who decides which branch delivers to which location!I requested a refund for the order paid online and was told it is impossible. So, received an "unfresh" dinner (seriously not edible) but I'm not going to call back because it's going to be my fault again.Benny was an institution for decades, but now it's tough!

After 2 hours of waiting, I canceled my order. The cashier promised me a refund on my credit card. 1 month later I have received nothing, the boss does not return my calls and neither does customer service. Really disappointing.***Update***I contacted Benny's again, the boss left a note saying my order had never been paid. I'm going to take them my proof of payment, we'll see what happens...**Conclusion: I finally got my refund. The only positive point in the whole story is that the cashier is really nice and competent.
