2 for 22$ deal was not advised of and didnt notice on menu as screens change, when we did notice we asked to add a 2nd club sandwich and she could not reimburse us to do the deal. Then proceeded to try and overcharge us for a 2nd one so the deal still wouldn't have worked! Not going back to this location after super bad experience with cashier trying to overcharge us and others then giving us a dirty look for her error!

Been ordering from this Benny for decades. The sauce was always the best part of the meal. I don't know what they did to it but I guess a few months ago they might have changed the recipe or need to clean their machines but it's pretty gross lately. Quite unfortunate.

Do not order online. I waited nearly 3 hours before canceling.
They offered me a 5 dollar voucher and said that they had switched systems and weren't able to keep up with their orders.
Their online ordering system is a sham and their customer service was pathetic.

Delivery driver overtakes 3 cars in the opposite lane of traffic on a busy coteau-rouge through a school zone and almost gets in 3 separate accidents. He then attempts to brake check, gives us the bird, then almost t-bones another car when he runs through a red! Reckless, stupid, and even better, management didn't even condemn the dangerous behaviour when confronted about it.

I ordered a thigh meal and a slice of sugar tart! Very ordinary chicken! The slice of pie which cost $5 was tiny, arrived broken in 2 pieces and what's more, it wasn't really good!

Unable to complete an order, and now serving reheat dry fries.

I ordered on the website, well in advance to receive my order around 5-5:30 p.m., and I still haven't received it. When I call the restaurant, I get no answer.

I asked for no utensils on the online order and they always give us some. It’s ridiculous, why are they asking us? It's always the same thing.

Also, I ordered an extra honey mustard sauce which they charged me but didn't put in my order. very disappointing especially since they charge it.

Gang of crossers on prices, charge me 6 dollars more for my meal, because I take 6 fillets alone, 1 fries alone and 1 sauce 7 ounces. Price 16.50 separate meal 6 fillets 19.99. Charges me for the meal and says no I want to separate and reimburses me half bravo champion invoice in support. It's already expensive enough, to be cheated on top of that
