No Gros Luxe for us anymore.

Great service. The restaurant was accommodating and facilitated the navigation throughout the facilities with my grandmother who has limited mobility. The staff was kind, helped us with her walker and gave us a table with a lot of space to ensure her security. They really helped us make her birthday into a special occasion.

Our waitress and hostess were both so nice! I rarely make bad reviews, and maybe we were there on a bad night...but our food was simply...not good? Undercooked calamari, cold burger (which the waitress was quick to fix for me), mushy 'crispy' chicken burger -- just strangely off-tasting food, lacking flavour/freshness. I'm not sure I'll come back, but again, maybe just a bad night or something wrong with the fryer. I hate writing bad reviews, but it had to be done - giving 3 stars and not 2 simply because the service was great.

It's not worth the trip. It's unfortunate, but they don't have it. Ordinary, long service, he forgets lots of things. They don't come back to tell you if it's OK or serve us water or coffee. They take customers for granted.

Too bad because the decor is beautiful.

La nourriture est de moins bonne qualité que pars le passer… je fut deçu des options de repas. Le service était long après avoir reçu notre repas… on voulait commander quelque chose a boire et on devaient lever la main pour être servi… est-ce qu’il y a des dessert? On a jamais eu l’option… au moins la musique était agréable et il n’y avait pas trop de monde…

I have to say that I was disappointed with my meal. I chose the L'Gros Luxe hamburger. It's not the burger as such, but rather the bbq sauce, which I would have liked to have been homemade. It looked like a supermarket BBQ sauce to me. The pulled pork bowl looked better. But the pork also lacked flavor. And as a starter, the fried pickles were excellent. Good atmosphere, beautiful decor.

Foodtastic group gift card refused...reason

We went to dinner last night. Aside from the fact that the restaurant is beautiful, the food really leaves something to be desired. I ordered the fried calamari, which was really disgusting, accompanied by a store-bought Caesar sauce. Next, I ordered the beef tartare, cut so thin that it felt like I was eating seasoned ground beef, plus it was served with cold fries. My boyfriend ordered a really disappointing fish and chips: cold fries and very ordinary coleslaw. Very disappointed, it's still a shame not to know how to cook to this extent.

I'm not a fan of hamburgers, but I was with my 8 year old granddaughter. SO……

So we booked without much waiting.

I was completely charmed. The food was very good. Everything was perfect, the food, the wine and the service. The little one loved her mini hamburgers.

I'll go back, that's for sure.

But more pickles than anything else Too much hot sauce not edible
My girlfriend and my daughter took

My guy had a big burger with nachos with big promises of cheese on top of the cheese and there was none or he forgot to put it
Just to say $150+30tip =$180 is not worth it
How you can dry burn the raised sides
And try to cover it with the sauce
No place to eat
