I don't recommend it at all! The prices are way too high for such poor quality. My husband got sick after eating an $87 family mixed meal which was really bad. The fries were inedible. A big disappointment!

Be careful!!! I went for iftar with my children. The chicken and lamb meat was expired, the smell was catastrophic. The salad was not fresh and not seasoned. The soup too salty. It was a bad experience. I made a complaint to the waitress, but she refused completely with an inappropriate tone. I received poor service, the waitresses lacked professionalism. The manager in the kitchen refused to speak to me! I came home with great disappointment 😔it's over with this restaurant

The food is amazing and fresh. It’s halal too. However, I don’t think I’ll go anymore bc I’m disappointed in how significantly they reduced the portion sizes. We used to get the 100$ platter that came with brochettes, bulgur, salad, fries & bread every time we went there & we noticed the quantity decreasing over the visits until our last one recently.

I ordered lahmacun as an appetizer it was alright. For a main dish I ordered Adana kebab(lamb I think) the taste and the smell was terrible. It smells like it was reheated in a microwave a couple of times and obviously my stomach was very upset and spent most of the night in the washroom. I Don’t recommend this place.

I received an expired borghel dish, which caused me great concern about the quality and safety of the products served I called to complain and here it was the shock a waitress not capable of processing a complaint..she didn't even want to believe me. I decided to bring the dish back for the show up and here was the second shock the welcome from a member of the team (he doesn't deserve to be a cook or a waiter) unpleasant, aggressive welcome...he doesn't want to take responsibility Hey being an employee in a restaurant ie handling complaints, managing customers, the quality of your food if you are not able to do that go find another job. you are not in the right place.

Tea and coffee were very good, and the beef lahmajoon was the best I ever had. Everything else was discusting and way too salty. The humus and entres were frozen and served cold, never had these served cold anywhere else. The chicken and beef plates were dry and salty. The fries were some of the worst I had, soft instead of crispy and way too salty.

Last night my husband and I tried Turkish food. We had hummus which was good but different from what we usually eat. The fattouch salad was excellent. The cheese and spinach rolls were also very good. We ordered the lamb skewers, they were very, very good, the cooking was just right and the bulgur that came with it was very good too. For those who like tea it is very good. The only slight disappointment is that they don't have any wine to accompany the meal. I understand that these are their choices and I respect it. We will return there because the dishes are very tasty. Great experience.

We are really disappointed by our experience at Maison Istanbul (me and my 2 friends), whether in the restaurant or ordering via Uber Eats. Each time, we encounter errors in our orders, missing items, and when we try to make a complaint, it is the attitude of the waitresses that is shocking. Some are downright aggressive and disrespectful (with the exception of the new one), as if we don't have the right to report a problem. We are told that they write down our names to better recognize us, as if we were the only ones making remarks, but frankly, this in no way justifies their behavior. And it's not just the three of us: other reviews online report the exact same issues. It's a real shame, because Maison Istanbul has potential, but these repeated mistakes and lack of respect spoil the experience. We sincerely hope that management will take these remarks seriously and that there will finally be support for the quality of service.
