The employee at the drive-thru (Lisa) doesn't listen to the customer who explains his order and she tells us I'll give you some sauce that I could charge you... well thank you on the other hand for the extra bacon that I I paid for my double cheese did not exist despite the sticker specifying no onions no pickle extra bacon... it's not complicated yet every time I go to this McDonald's I don't get what I order

I've had problems here before, but today was really absurd.

I went with my boyfriend for lunch, they wrote our order wrong. When one of them came to deliver our order, my boyfriend complained and she said that's what we asked for and left, leaving him to talk to himself.
He went to the store to receive a refund because they added 2 more sandwiches than we ordered, a $12 difference. And after all that we didn't get our potatoes.

Not to mention the lack of respect.
Mistakes happen... that's okay... we understand that, but how you resolve them is what counts.
It was easy to resolve the problem without fooling the customers.

Really disappointed for my first time.
I order on the go for my boyfriend and I.
I paid a loan of $30 for 2 large poutines, 2 mcdoubles ($5) special and an iced coffee.... I arrive downtown I have 2 small poutines and 2 juniors with chicken.... it's Yet my order was written on the screen..... a real steal because I have less and I paid more, what did they do, $10 and more on my back.... I call and no one answer.... bad service.... In addition, I was not given the invoice.... the machine had a problem printing....?Honestly, I would like to be reimbursed for this inconvenience. That would be the least we could do!

It's McDonald's food except this one lies to you about their open hours and refuses to pickup the phone when you call. So overall go to Tim's instead probably.
