This Sunday, January 19, 2024, around 6:25 p.m., I had a three quarter pound delivered by Uber Eats here in Longueuil. There was no meat in the sandwich, just cheese and ketchup. Instead of the sprite requested as a drink, I received water. This is deliberate sabotage and theft from consumers.

I just ordered on mobile on January 11, 2025 and finally when I arrived there were two employees and a crowd of people. So, I'm asking to cancel my order because I'm in a hurry and I realize I'm going to have to wait a long time. My order is not prepared, not even started. The shift manager tells me that he cannot cancel my order. So I have to wait and I'm going to wait for some nice bad weather. I realize upon hearing that his comment while I wait is a lie and it is unacceptable to have such poor service. I could have been reimbursed in a few seconds vs. I had to wait 20 minutes.
