We were very disappointed with the quality and taste of the Christmas log we purchased from your shop. Given the retail price ($55), we expected something truly special, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.
When we mentioned the price to our guests, they were quite surprised—unfortunately, not in a positive way. This was especially disappointing given your shop’s strong reputation.
Overall - the product was low quality and overpriced! I’m definitely will not be a repeat customer!

Used to looooooove this pastry shop. went today and honestly not even disapointed just sad. Staff is great welcoming thas not the issue at all but the quality of the goods is not the same at all. The croissant used to be delicious and i would honestly go out of my way to get them but now..... they just okay. not bad at all but they're not what they used to be. Too much butter / butter quality/proofing? or maybe lamination issue? Even the pain aux raisin .... u dont get the flakiness of the feuilletée anymore... they are just big, flat, overly sweet...... Overall just really underwhelming.

Wonderful & welcoming staff. I wasn’t sure which pastries to buy so they asked a few questions & gave several options…the pastries were delicious. I also bought a meat pie that was fantastic. I’ll be back.

Very ordinary customer service. All stupid looks and young people who have an attitude and who sometimes ignore you. I come here at least twice a week and every time it's the same thing. NO HELLO when we return, no warm welcome. I always have to go up to them to get served and say hello myself. However, we can directly see the returning customers. It's like random, good service. It's happened maybe 2 times out of more than a dozen times that I've been here that the service was very good. It seems like we're disturbing. I get asked 1 time out of 4 if it's for here or to take away. We often assume it's for take-out and I'm given lots of containers. We already make so much waste, it would be a minimum to ask first! I don't know if it's because I'm young that people lack consideration or don't take me seriously, but it's certain that by being served poorly, I'm no longer tempted to make efforts on my part. Really a shame, especially since I also work in customer service. If you are not a white head (3/4 of the clientele here) you are looked down upon. Hoping that this is not the case for future customers. I give three stars for the food and drinks which are very good.
I like the music, but not the service! ? If you don't like people, go to hermitage in the woods or just don't do customer service. The song doesn't sound good, let's say. In any case, people today are more about money than people, and they suck to get tips, but they don't make the effort to serve, just when it exudes retirement and cash.
