I loved KFC for years in Ecuador, Vietnam and the US where I've lived and when I came to Canada, I tried a few KFCs in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal and they were terrible: salty and almost no meat. After several years, I decided to give KFC a go again and after eating here I've regained the trust. Delicious, crunchy chicken.

Super bad service. Extremely slow.. Ordered using PFK app and no one came to know about the order. It took me 1.5 hour waiting there to get my order. I showed them the order on my phone in the PFK app and the girl at counter had no clue. This location has a lot of customers but poor service will lead to loss of business and opportunity. They need to hire more people and train all the staff in customer service - what question to ask customer , what to share with customer about the order, learn about the PFK mobile application orders. No one was rude but they were extremely slow. Food was good for me as it was freshly cooked after 1 hour.

This restaurant closed early because it was failing, the customer service was terrible, and the food was bad.
Now the restaurant says it's open, but they have nothing ready. The manager and a cashier are sitting outside doing nothing. When I walk in and order, they say there's nothing for an hour, so why does it say it's open to the public if they don't have food?
I send an alarming call to the owners to replace the staff because with these people doing nothing, not working, the only thing they're going to achieve is bankruptcy.
I even asked for a sandwich of the day, and they said nothing was ready. A total disgrace.

Just went there. After trying a simple Bonjour..just a cold stare from the lady in the kitchen...( the lady never answered back).. after few minutes my family decided to order. So I asked this very unfriendly lady (only one around). How do we order and she pointed to her right..(guess the answer kind of game?)..so after a nothing for a decent answer we left..A newly renovated place not made for non white people??..get a crew with polite and customer service manner..

It’s the first time I’m so incredibly disappointed with the service given at a kfc. The staff was very slow and not helpful whatsoever. A client after us had to wait 15 minutes to order because the worker was too busy joking with her friends. We also asked chicken drumsticks in a barrel of 6 and they gave us the one left with the rest being chicken breast without warning us and when we went to mention it the cook told us that he was doing us a favour by putting the last one. Half of the menu was unavailable and the beverages were warm. The cashier was very unwelcoming and honestly very poor service quality. Never coming back so disappointed.

Honestly have yet to have a bad experience, the food is always fresh and the people have always been super nice to me, no complaints
The poutine with popcorn chicken I ordered was incredibly disappointing–it was completely inedible, horrible taste and quality. On top of that, the menu options were severely limited, and the service was unacceptably poor. I honestly don’t understand how a place with such low standards remains open to the public. A truly embarrassing experience. If you want KFC, go somewhere else.

not so long ago I had a special 10 pieces with fries for 16.99, now it's more expensive but there are ways to find offers and go there, it's very good spent a little in the airfryer even the next day

The PFK on Chemin Chambly in Longueuil is disappointing every time I go there. They never have white chicken pieces available. In addition, the service is inadequate, because the person at the counter responds stupidly and without desire to respond to the customer's request. She uses a curt and condescending tone to respond to my request. I have traveled 3 times and 3 times without having the possibility of having white and each time the service is unpleasant.
