The poutine with popcorn chicken I ordered was incredibly disappointing–it was completely inedible, horrible taste and quality. On top of that, the menu options were severely limited, and the service was unacceptably poor. I honestly don’t understand how a place with such low standards remains open to the public. A truly embarrassing experience. If you want KFC, go somewhere else.

not so long ago I had a special 10 pieces with fries for 16.99, now it's more expensive but there are ways to find offers and go there, it's very good spent a little in the airfryer even the next day

The PFK on Chemin Chambly in Longueuil is disappointing every time I go there. They never have white chicken pieces available. In addition, the service is inadequate, because the person at the counter responds stupidly and without desire to respond to the customer's request. She uses a curt and condescending tone to respond to my request. I have traveled 3 times and 3 times without having the possibility of having white and each time the service is unpleasant.

We ordered the Family Barrel Meal. What a horror. A disgusting, wet, coagulated mass. My first impression was that it was all moldy. It wasn't moldy but the appearance is horrible. The skin feels soft and wet. We are far from the photos on the restaurant website. Never could.
