For me, despite the interior being quite old and even a little dirty, I always loved the food that was served to me. Nothing to complain about, it’s a PFK as we all love it so much. For the service I am very satisfied.

The smell upon entering should dissuade you from ordering. For the more adventurous, the vile food replaces the laxatives, but the service is efficient and fast. However, the kitchen and its hygiene leave something to be desired as well as the cleanliness of the building and the entrance doors. If possible, avoid.

Made an online order then went to pick up the food, they say they dont have anymore food and they cant cancel the order. They told me to check with costumer service… very unprofessional ! How do u accept order and charge cards if u even dont have food? And why are you open if u can’t serve food?

I wish I could give 0 stars. Passive aggressive, rude and extremely unhelpful. No customer service at all. Will never return and you shouldn't either. We found out that this restaurant has a horrible reputation. Employees AND manager are known for being rude with no professionalism and bad costumer service.

Getting worse and worse with time. For over 25 years I have been ordering from PFK throughout the province. This one only 1-2 times a year (to give the runner a chance) because I passed in front. Still bad service, cold food, plus they overcharge customers to get small sachets of hot sauce $0.58/bag, which no other place does. To avoid! Complaint to the head office made ✔️...very likely, it will not change anything at this restaurant.
