Nice, clean, small outlet to dine in. I went there late evening so the place wasn't crowded. The staff was courteous and prepared the order quickly for a pick up. On the contrary, you might experience slower service upon deliveries.PS: If you share your experience online on KFC's website, you can also get a mini popcorn chicken for free. Ask the cashier for more details.

Ordered 40 hot wings, zinger combo, popcorn chicken snack. They gv me 37 wings, no pop with the combo, and gv us the wrong popcorn chicken without fries...and gv us 1/3 less popcorn chicken than I paid for. ALWAYS check your orders, they don't care about ripping off customers.

Since no one care to internally review my complain and suggest any resolution, I will leave the review.Partly order was incomplete, and when I bring it home and found out, I immediately called the branch. But, no one care, they told me submit the claim from application. I received bot message how important to them my experience. And that's it. Food ok, but if I could put 0 for the service and customer service I would do it.I suggest if you are taking out and have a lot of items, just check in place if everything included. If not, no chance you will get something back.

Very polite and courteous staff. Always received very good service at this KFC! The breading of the pieces of white chicken was very lacking in seasoning and salt, like the good original recipe. The fillets tasted more like the original recipe.Parking: Very limited number of places.

The worst restaurant I've ever been to on Chemin Chambly, very bad service, plus the cashier didn't take the order properly, plus missing things, okay, the calls and she acts like it's wrong, though. I told him several times when he arrived at home the poutine looks like uncooked potato soup even everything was horrible why only have one person to make the meals and that person works poorly same thing for the cashier who takes orders poorly I really don't recommend this restaurant on Chemin Chambly if you want to eat pfk go elsewhere than this place
