Guy at the cash does NOT want to be there. Rushes you to order, is literally mean, and doesn’t give attention when the customer gets in the store and doesn’t give good customer service.

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza

Night shift employee
. The staff member (not sure if he was the chef or cashier) was extremely rude for no reason. He didn’t greet me, didn’t show any respect, and had a bad attitude the entire time. Even when my order was ready, he didn’t call me—he just stared at me like I was supposed to understand with his eyes. That is disgusting customer service!
On top of that, I saw him handling money and then continuing his work without washing his hands. That is completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a food establishment.
This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. I hope management takes action because this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be coming back.

The employees understand neither French nor English. I had ordered online for a pickup and they had my order in their hands and did not want to give it to me. They thought it was a delivery when it was a pickup. I came home and tried to call to see if my order was on its way then they said no it was a pick up, they don't do delivery. They then hung up on me.
