I learned when ordering in-store on New Year's Day that the Virgin plus 15% discount code can only be used for online orders. I find it unacceptable that Pizza Salvatore does not give the discount in the branch and that the attendant cannot do anything for me. A customer service person responded to the first version of this comment the next day asking me to write to them. I wrote explaining the events, attaching my invoice and mentioning that most companies that offer discounts to Virgin Plus members do so both in person and online, that we were surprised and find it unacceptable that Pizza Salvatore does not offer the discount in person or over the phone, so we encourage them to change this practice immediately. I also explained that forcing people to use the website, if they want to get this discount, makes it inaccessible to older people who are less comfortable with technology, to people who want to protect their identity and their personal information and to people in a hurry to order, eat and leave quickly (as was our case on New Year's Day). Another person replied to me two days later that regarding the application of promo codes and discounts, unfortunately, this is their policy and this is the procedure to follow: they must be used via their application or their website . On the other hand, gift cards can be used directly at the restaurant. I find this very disappointing and it makes me think more and more that the discount is used to obtain personal data and track purchasing habits.

I will never order from this place again. They forgot to include the fried pickles with dipping sauce, I paid almost $9 with tax. Real stealing. On the phone the lady told me it was Uber's fault. Very poor customer service. Thieves. In addition, the au gratin garlic bread arrived cold.

I ordered 1 hour 40 minutes in advance to make sure I received it on time. I received it 45 minutes late. The pizza is good
A little disappointed with the service! They forgot the sauces in my order. I called to have him send them to me! I received a greeting on the phone as if it were a friend.. I had to repeat the error in my order several times and well it will take 45 minutes.. Note that I am 10 minutes from distance from the restaurant but having a newborn baby and no car.. It was impossible.!

Excellent customer service. There was a problem with our order and they quickly made sure to rectify and correct everything. I have rarely had such a wonderful return in similar circumstances and the food was excellent. I highly recommend.

Truly ordinary experience at the Chemin Chambly branch in Longueuil.
Missing things in my delivery they tell me sorry it's Saturday we don't have time to come back.
He's offering me $5 off next time???
Anything 😶 plus their phone line doesn’t work well he couldn’t hear what I was saying 😒
In addition, the pizza lacked Chinese melted toppings (3-4 meat seeds on each tip) and I did not receive any sauce with it!!!!! And very cold and poorly cooked I had to recook the pizza!!!
Last time for me!!!!

I haven’t been to a restaurant in a while so I’m not sure if this is normal but the idea here is that they have simply taken a medium/small called it a large and priced it at an extra large. 30$ for the cheapest ‘large’ pizza. No delivery, extremely long wait and just a box counter for overhead and yet…it’s hard to wrap my head around it. You can’t just cut a pizza into 8 slices and call it a large. My three year old girl easily ate her two pieces and had to be sated with a massive helping of homemade spaghetti. It couldn’t feed me and my three young children even as a side. I’m not sure where they got the pictures that they display on google for the menu items but the pizzas in the picture do not exist. My picture shows the largest pizza you can get. Effectively You’re charging $7.50 a slice of average pizza with the typical anemic addition of toppings and you can see how they have cleverly decreased the topping area to about the size of a mini pizza by generously saddling us with almost three inches of crust which is just dough, and of course don’t forget that the tiny 14 inch masquerading as a large refers to the box size, meaning that the cost of ingredients could be as low as 1-2$ as it is mostly flour salt and yeast. I’m flabbergasted! Is this normal? It’s fast food priced like haute cuisine because I guess the Italian name elevates absolutely nothing except the price. It’s fast food, Salvatore, please come back to reality! And no surprise to see the owners have leaped onto the bandwagon intending to reimagine cashiers as servers so as to be able to lower their slave wages and then create that awkward moment with every order where they present you with your tipping options for the person who took ten minutes to take your order. The attempt is to shame you into feeding the owners bottom line after paying the exorbitant prices by subsidizing their labour costs. It’s actually amazing that we can all get a full meal with beverage and desert for myself and three children at ikea for less than this mini pizza cost. That was the last time, guys. Please please don’t respond with nonsense about inflation and shipping woes etc it’s predatory greed because given your expansion it’s clear that there is no problem with your bottom line. I refer you to the ikea comparison.

Pizza ordered 9:30 p.m. it's 11:18 p.m. still hasn't arrived and I'm told there are 20 minutes of delay so I can hang up on me.
Anything
We ordered online at 6:00 p.m., at 9:45 p.m. the app tells us that our pizzas are not yet in the oven, we call, the line is bad, we are transferred, the line cuts, we call back, still waiting, finally we are told that the order is on its way, while the delivery man is still at the restaurant. In short, no more online orders, and no more at Salvatore.
Very very disappointed.

3h30 wait for delivery. Pizza that should have been ready for over an hour. This was the last time I ordered there
