I love presto tea but this one is farby the worst. First, we asked for large cups and he gave us the regular cups. And I ordered for a slushy frappe and my drink is just pure regular cafe with no slush in it. Disappointing, I know it’s probably just a part time job but considering their pricing of the menu, it should be taken seriously

I usually stop by for tea whenever I take the metro, and I always leave a tip because I’m a big fan of your shop. Today, however, I was a little disappointed for the first time. I don’t mind some ice, but it felt like there was more ice than the drink itself.
The tapioca pearls were also stuck together, so when I got home I had to open the cup and stir it myself to separate them.
Also, I’ve noticed that many of the seasonal drinks advertised on Instagram are often unavailable at this location, which can be a little disappointing sometimes.

I’ve been a loyal customer from the first day it opened. Unfortunately, as the months have gone by, it’s been a disappointment after disappointment. I’ve asked for less sugar and less ice and they never fail to mess it up; i ask them to take away a topping and they charge it as an extra… like make that make sense???? And for reference, NO other Presotea in mtl does that (trust me I’m a boba addict); they’re ALWAYS out of tapioca, even 3-4 hours before closure, and they’ve put the wrong toppings in my drink as if to fill it because they’re out of toppings…like if you’re out of it just to honest about it?? It’s unfortunate because it’s 5 minutes away from my place but I cannot keep on supporting a business that cannot seem to put their clients first. A true disappointment.

At the end of the day, I ordered bubble tea with tapioca only, but turns out they decided to mix in some jelly as well with the tapioca when I specifically asked tapioca only! They did not have enough tapioca to fill in the cup so they added jelly. Unfortunately this is not the first time it happens. It's unacceptable as I have had allergic reaction to this type of jelly in the past!

I Order for a Mango with jelly toppings with no sugar all is good but they made like 60℅ only iceand 40℅ of drink i drink it in 5 mins and left with half and more a cup of ice 🧊 quebes

I ordered a no. 32 with tapioca. I paid extra for the tapioca for them to end up not putting any in.
Worst boba tea ive had. Gelatine textured boba. Some were fresh most felt like 3 day old jello left on the counter.

Worst experience ever. I asked if I could get the Okinawa milk tea with oat milk as I CANNOT have dairy and they were okay with it. When I received my tea I asked to make sure if it was with oat milk and they proceeded to tell me that it had no milk in it has it already had milk in the powder!! They did not listen to me and almost poisoned me! This is so dangerous and I cannot believe that their staff was not trained on this.

Presotea is one of our favorite bubble tea shops of me and my girlfriend and we’re obsessed with it. The only thing about this location is that it’s inside the train/metro/bus station and makes it automatically smaller. But it’s very efficient and easy to find! The worker was a little unfriendly. Other than that we loved our bubble teas :)

Always loved these at the chinatown location and was thrilled to have one in longueuil. However, very disapointed to find out they have recently substituted their coconut milk (wich was of high quality) to a cheaper instant /powdered product. We now end up with a drink consisting mostly of water for the same price. This is the last 10$ they will be seeing from me. I should have gone somewhere for coffee instead.
