Really very disappointing, a shame for a shame for this chain... We were a group of 20 almost all very disappointed no knives had to ask and she brought about 4 and for the others... no glass of water had to be asked for.... The service was extremely long, the poutine was bathed in sauces, the club sandwiches lacked chicken, so after 20 minutes no more nachos, no more tartar sauces for fish and so on....

Frites non cuites, riz non cuit, présentation des assiettes garochée. Ils ont privilégiés une grosse commande d'uber eat plutôt que les services aux tables. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout ce restaurant.

My res was for 12 pers, they even called to confirm plus 2 msgs. Got there they put us in two separate booths, not appropriate to celebrate 3 birthdays with the gp split up. To late to find another resto. Really unprofessional and one waitress making sarcastic remarks and showing her non chalant attitude about the situation. Big O on this one. My bill was 230$, don't look for me soon.
