I ordered the hot smoked salmon fillet on a risotto pancake, and wow — every bite was perfection. The salmon was beautifully smoked, flaky, and full of flavor, and the risotto pancake underneath? Pure genius. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and the perfect base for the salmon. Whoever came up with this dish deserves a medal.

Everything was balanced — not too heavy, not too salty — just rich, comforting, and delicious. I couldn’t stop raving about it mid-bite. It’s one of those dishes that makes you pause, close your eyes, and go “ohhhh my god” in the best way.

The ambiance was cozy, the service was warm and attentive, and I’m already planning my return. If you’re even thinking about trying this place — just go. And get the salmon. You’ll thank me later.

Absolutely loved La Piazzetta! We enjoyed it so much during our weekend visit that we went back a second time. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially since we only speak English. The veggie pizza on flatbread was amazing, the Pasta Bolognese was generous and flavorful, and the desserts were top-notch. We’ll definitely return if we’re ever in Longueuil again!

Great service. Very lovely ambiance. The food was good.

It used to be one of our favorite spots, but honestly… at this point, dining there feels like getting blatantly ripped off.

Shrinkflation hit them hard. We always ordered the “Salad tiède aux pommes et camembert” — it used to be generous and super filling. Now? You’re paying $23 for what feels like a tiny appetizer.

Nearly $50 for two mini salads? Come on.

We’ve given it several chances, hoping for better, but each time has been a letdown.

The only saving grace is their lovely staff and that incredible pear dessert — still a standout!

Our server, Alex, is a great asset to this establishment. He was very patient and even though he spoke English he allowed me to practice my French.
The atmosphere was relaxed and upscale and the food was wonderful.

We were visiting for the weekend and went here because they were open late. Pizza was great and the staff were friendly. Would eat here again.

Parking: Not a lot of spots so you might have to find street parking.
