A delight for the taste buds I was recommended the Niçoise salad. I was seduced by this festival of flavor and freshness. The maple crème brûlée was delicious. As for the chef, a true enthusiast who knows his job!
Yesterday, I showed up without reservation at the Lou Nissart restaurant (which means Le Niçois in French). I was pleasantly surprised that a table was set up just for me on the terrace behind this pretty restaurant on this sunny late afternoon. I ordered the crab cakes and celery remoulade as a starter, the fish of the day and its accompaniments as a main course and for dessert, the chocolate mousse. I can tell you that I really enjoyed it! AMAZING!!!!!!!! We ALL enjoyed the food, service as WELL as the atmosphere. The vegetable potage, the céleri rémoulade, the pizza, AND MOrue were very flavourful. The presentation is very nice too. The fish was among the best that we have had because it is cooked perfectly AND melts in your mouth.
