Restaurant Nouveau Kam Lung

I’m not the type to read reviews and knock a place before trying so I’m going to tell you exactly what my thoughts are with this restaurant in particular…

Egg rolls are probably the best thing and I don’t even like egg rolls !
That’s not a plus
Soo guy hard ,cherry sauce clumpy and not even a cherry red color
Almond chicken no almonds and tasted like veggies from the beef a broccoli and had like a stew clumped together veggie thing with like dust particular pieces of chicken … the rice 6/10
The spare ribs 5/10
Didn’t want to do this but I have to and people working and spending hard earned money should have restaurants working hard to deliver the best they can and this was far from it !
Wong tong tastes like someone boiled water and added dumplings to them no broth or flavour ! I seen comments with this same exact comment and they aren’t lying 🤥
Pine apple chicken with no pineapple and just tastes like fried grease
Overall 2/10 and I feel like I’m being nice

Dinner #7, it was ordinary, absolutely nothing magical, lacked flavor and it didn't stimulate my appetite, as a result 80% of what's left goes into the compost, I won't eat the rest. I'm not saying it was bad but I didn't like it at all. It was my first and last time. Good luck..

ATTENTION - INSECTS IN FOOD!

Today we found an insect leg on our eggroll!!!! If I discover an insect leg (cockroach?) on the frying I don't even want to imagine what could be INSIDE the eggrolls!!🤢🤢🤢 Meal and evening completely ruined it's so sickening I can't I've never had a similar experience in a restaurant.

2 hours of waiting and not yet received my order 😞 and this is the last time. I gave it a chance, but it didn't end. No way to be served on the phone in French when you complain 😡

Good value for money. It's not gastronomy but enjoyable when you want good old Chinese food! On the other hand, delivery is often very long.

When I ordered today, I was missing 2 items: the breaded shrimp and the fried noodles. I call the restaurant to see if it is possible to have them and the lady calls me a LIAR because she would have packed the order herself. I looked through all the dishes and bags and two items were definitely missing. She tells me that it's not possible, that I'm lying because she would have made sure of it herself. Also the food has dropped a lot in quality recently. It's not worth being called a liar for eating this quality of food and having my money taken without receiving the food. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Took a #8 for 2 people.... I arrive home and I'm missing some spring rolls... the general tao chicken is disgusting full of fat.... the vegetables are disgusting... the hot and sour soup is disgusting... I'm not the type to complain in life but $34.45 in the trash I call and I tell him what are you doing to accommodate customers... nothing unfortunately we don't do refunds like my children want not even eating... everything is disgusting... plus I'm going back there on November 11 at 4:55 p.m. good evening it's my first time here the good woman at the counter was boasting at length that it's very good here.. everything people love to come and eat here.... seriously I am a regular customer at Chow Mein in Saint-Lambert it is closed today, Monday November 11th because of the Memorial Day..... go there- down instead or even Tayio express is better plus she hangs up the line on me the tbn*** 1.. crap service... 2.. the cook is not worth crap.... and 3 ... first time and last time there I have to go and waste another $20-30 because I threw everything away.... this place is disgusting, don't go there...

I'm having a bit of trouble with reviews of this place unless I've been very lucky. I went 3 times for take out orders. It has always been very good and never had any errors in my order. The lady at the counter is very friendly. I will go back there without problem. In addition, for the price, the quantities are very good compared to other places of the same type.
