Best carbonara I’ve ever had. Hands down. I came to Trebbiano solo while in Longueuil for work and got sat at a nice table outside with a breeze-perfect setup. I had the linguine carbonara with a glass of La Brune Pinot Noir, and the pairing was spot on. Service was smooth, wine was great, and the whole experience made the trip feel a lot less like work. Highly recommend.
First time there. Wonderful restaurant. Very good quality. Food owner was very friendly. Portions were generous. The price point was very good. I will definitely be going back. The only downside was the menus. They were plastic and you can tell they were getting old and one of them was ineligible writing and wine stains on it. That's an easy fix.
Jewel of Old Longueuil, Trebbiano is an authentic Italian restaurant where the atmosphere is typically Italian. An extraordinary meal, the veal escalope with lemon is sublime. Fried squid perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly and we feel that they appreciate our presence, we really feel like we are staying with friends. I would like to recommend this restaurant with all my strength, an authentic Italian taste in old Longueuil. Hats off to the owners and staff!! A first-rate...
