3rd time's a charm. Got our order wrong 3 times in a row. After forgetting to add a 2nd drink to our order they hand us the machine to charge us again. Probably best to eat the cost when you've made this mistake before. Worst Starbucks I've been to. Wish there were smaller cafes around the area.

Very rude and aggressive personnel ! While Starbucks is known for its friendly and inviting environment, this location clearly missed the mark. I hope management takes steps to address the behavior of the staff to improve customer service.
The dragon fruit lemonade is an amazing drink on a hot day!! My favorite 😍

Everything is fine, except the music! I go to Starbucks to work almost everyday, I don't know why this branch is playing a weird jazz playlist that is so unusual and sometimes irritating! The playlist was on yesterday and today, I don't know if they ever change it. This could be my favorite spot but with the music I cannot stay for a very long time.

I had my double piccolo latte made twice and it was a failure both times. I didn't dare ask a third time because the lady seemed upset. But the worst is the dining room. Everywhere you look is dirty. From the filth from the floor to the ceiling to the tables to the window edges, the large SB sign above a table was covered in a layer of accumulated dust... yuck! I stayed there for more than an hour (no choice) and I didn't see anyone doing any cleaning even when there was no customer at the counter. I myself washed the sticky table where I sat with a napkin and water (no purel made available to customers...)
