Drive-thru service is garbage. First time, order 2 mochas. Got to the window to pay just to find out they ran out of whipped cream. Disappointing, but not really-really their fault, so decided to try this particular Starbucks once again. Ordered 2 mochas again, 1 was decaf. Drove away excited to enjoy our coffees. We received 1 mocha and, despite the label saying mocha, the other that was supposed to be a decaf mocha was actually a cappuccino. With no receipt, ended up dumping a $6 coffee. Complete waste of time, money, and tip. Won't ever be going back to this Starbucks again.

3rd time's a charm. Got our order wrong 3 times in a row. After forgetting to add a 2nd drink to our order they hand us the machine to charge us again. Probably best to eat the cost when you've made this mistake before. Worst Starbucks I've been to. Wish there were smaller cafes around the area.
