First and last visit! It's not normal to be asked what we put in our large double chocolate frappucino. It's a very standard recipe and I've never been asked for it anywhere (and believe me, I've tried it from Starbucks haha).. 20 minutes to get it. Asked for no coffee but it had coffee in it. Served in a medium glass. When my husband repeated that he ordered a large, he was told that was the only size they had. Not great tasting! Make a book with your standard recipes!

I waited at least 10 long minutes before someone came to serve me at the cash register, the girls were cleaning or I don't know what. I told myself I would be patient. I ordered something I usually have (shaken espresso, oats, brown sugar, venti size). I still received my drink quickly and I was a little nervous when I received it because 1/4 of the drink was missing. The girl told me yes, it’s because I “shaked” her. I couldn't help but make a comment and point out that I wasn't paying $7 for mousse... really sorry, but I've never experienced this at any other Starbucks. (See attached image) photo 1 when I received it, photo 2 once the foam is gone, no joke, ridiculous.
