chumpy

the staff was rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend and they gave us very small portions compared to every other subway we ever went to.
they also gave my girl the wrong cheese and when she told the staff that it was the wrong cheese they seemed pissed about it. they also gave us the wrong cookies and after we got the right ones we heard them argue for around 10 minutes about if they gave the wrong cookies or not. the interior is unclean and not well kept.

Je me demande à quoi sert le système de franchises si les proprios n'en font qu'à leur tête et que les portions ne sont pas standardisés. Le restaurant à refusé mon coupon. Finalement, ils profitent des avantages de la marque pour attirer le client, sans lui donner l'avantage. Je ne crois pas que c'est une bonne façon de faire sur le long terme...

Terrible customer service. The seller completely lost control with an order payment problem. Obstinate with the customer and shouted at his colleague who offered to help to find a solution. I won't go back to this place again.
