Finalement, ils profitent des avantages de la marque pour attirer le client, sans lui donner l'avantage. Je ne crois pas que c'est une bonne façon de faire sur le long terme...

Terrible customer service. The seller completely lost control with an order payment problem. Obstinate with the customer and shouted at his colleague who offered to help to find a solution. I won't go back to this place again.

The actual sandwich was OK but it was the experience of getting the sandwich. It was like the hardest I’ve ever tried to explain what I want in my subway. I never thought it had to be this hard. I only speak English and my French is terrible but even then I was trying to point out the things I wanted but she really wanted me to say it in French and she made fun of me not speaking French. I don’t get the point of being such a douche bag when you’re the one that also doesn’t know another language, one more common in the country. Anyways, make me another sandwich B1aaach

Worst service in life from a Subway I ask him to cut my 12 "because it's 2 different orders 2 trio ... I stubbornly say no, I don't want to do it right at the end I explain to him that it's 2 order and the other person doesn't want the same things as me inside.
