This is not the first time I have ordered from this Subway, I order on the Subway app and it has been SEVERAL times that I have received my order and extras are missing!! On the app there is NOT the option for a refund so I'm paying for something I don't have!!!!!! I find this unacceptable! And like I said this is NOT the first time this has happened! Clearly the evening employees have nothing to do! You should think about doing an inspection or whatever! I'm tired of paying for something that I don't even have in the end and that I can't get reimbursed because if I go they tell me that I have to do it on the app but that the The app DOES NOT have this option!

Se faire revirer de bord 20 minutes avant la fermeture par le gros tas qui faisait le close parce qu'il est trop lâche pour finir sa job à l'heure mais qui par exemple a le temps en masse de jasper avec ses 2 amis pendant au dessus d'une demi-heure avant de fermé les portes c'est assez pathétique! Donnerais 0 étoiles pour le service si c'était possible!

Worst fast food experience ever. I never tasted a sandwish this bad. The staff was rude and never gave me enough time to choose my sandwish. Their english non existent i mean it is ok to speak english to non french speaking customer. And the price was ridiculously expensive. 18 dollars for bbq brisket sandwish plus tax ?!!! I don't recommend. Very unprofesional and unfriendly.

I arrived around 2 p.m. and when I entered the restaurant, the dining room was dirty. I ate there and it took more than half an hour before someone cleaned the tables even though there was no traffic. Taking orders is well done but the quantity of vegetables in the sandwiches is pitiful. Barely salad and when gives an indication of more than one food or sauce it is not done to our taste. I like Subway but I see that this is a bit degrading. I work in the restaurant business and there is room for improvement, especially with the price of sandwiches.
