There has been no air conditioning at this branch (ch. de Chambly) for several months and I find it terrible for your employees. The heat waves are enormous and you can see right away that they are not comfortable. Take care of your employees, it’s frustrating to see them working under your conditions!!

I couldn't last 15 minutes in this restaurant, otherwise I was going to suffocate. No air conditioning, the heat is unbearable, I feel sorry for the employees. This type of behavior should be denounced.

The employee who served me was super nice. 10/10 customer service.
On the other hand, it was oppressively hot in the restaurant (almost 10°C warmer than outside in the middle of a heatwave). At this point, it is dangerous for the health and safety of employees and customers. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that employees sometimes get heat stroke. These are working conditions that are, in my opinion, unacceptable. Also, it makes me wonder about the quality of the food. There is a limit to what a refrigerated counter can do against a temperature of almost 40°C. The management of the place should invest in air conditioning. It is irresponsible of managers to leave people who frequent their establishment in such conditions.

Nothing bad to Say about the staff that work there, all Nice peoples, Students etc the problem is the manager ! She is rude, but not just to the customers, she is also rude to her employees even tho they Do a better job than her and they have better manner, i asked more vedgies on my sandwich and she was getting mad and giving me attitude, i even left 4$tip ! I am regular because i live very close. The employees do not even hey access to a/c ! (Air climatisé) We dropping sweat and its Soo hot outside ! I asked the worker and they told me IT was broke since the beginning of the Summer ! The Ice machine is almost Never Working ! There was no Ice at all last Time and also no a/c. I saw many customers leaving without ordering and left saying it was too hot to eat inside. The manager should put priority at taking care of the employees and the customer because she is not soo professional and everybody has to pay for it ! Quite selfish. Aparantly they Receive complaint often about it. Fix the a/c and remember that your employees are not slaves !!!!

We go to lunch 3-4 times a week. The service is impeccable. But the heat in the establishment is suffocating and intolerable for both employees and customers. At 7:30 in the morning it was 27 degrees. Nothing very pleasant. You need to fix the problem otherwise we will unfortunately go elsewhere.
