Sushi Sama (Longueuil)

Usually it's a good place but I'm currently waiting for an order for 1 hour while it
Was supposed to be ready 90 minutes ago….the 2 teenagers at reception pretend to go and inquire every 2 minutes to give their waiting times to the 10 customers who get impatient but never come back with any answer, a real sketch. This is really not right, many customers cancel and leave angry.

I invite you to avoid this Sushi Sama. This one has nothing to do with the other restaurants of the same name elsewhere. Sushi Sama should also withdraw the franchise from them so as not to harm the brand.

The reasons:

- Sushi not fresh with a taste of expired fish. We had to throw them away.
- Sushi prepared in advance (or the day before), it depends. Our chef's choice 36 pieces was ready in less than 2 minutes.
- I didn't get the extra wasabi I paid for.
- Pink-dyed ginger (we are not in the 2000s when the first sushi restaurants appeared).
- Aesthetics of the restaurant leaving something to be desired. An old wall where the painting was not finished and the kitchen hidden by a dodgy little curtain.
- We were not given our bill.
- The person who served us did not speak French.

Not the best sushi I've eaten in my life. Not the worst. Just okay. Soy sauce tastes not very strong or salty, a little bland. I didn't like the Volcano sushi, the smoked salmon in it really left a very "fishy" aftertaste in the mouth.

we had 2 poké bowls. they were very good. the flavor of the topping was great and the fish fresh. except that the salad was partly blackened and rotten and gave a very bad taste to the rest of the dish.
another negative point is that the person kept their oven mitts on for the monetary transaction. not very hygienic.

the time before I had sushi and they were good but the quality doesn't really seem there anymore.

The salmon was not fresh, very disappointed with this branch because usually I like sama sushi but I won't recommend this one

Disgusting poke bowl, the salmon was all slimy! I didn't even take a bite and threw it in the trash! I'm not going to risk getting sick. Luckily I ordered from Uber because I was entitled to a refund. I do not recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed ? in addition I was Extremely ill with severe food poisoning and what repels me the most is fish which is even more dangerous I missed going to the hospital....... rolland-terrien is the worst sushi place sama oufff you should close your restaurant because you don't pay attention ⚠️ to your food! P.s if you like suhsi sama go order from the one in Delson or Brossard it's the best place everything is great and be careful
