My order today was really bad. The sushi has decreased by more than half in size...and the quality was not there. Never again......... You have just lost a client.

This is the LAST time I order from this place! How disappointing to receive the wrong order so many times. I order a delux platter and I get cuccumbers rolls. And when I call to mention they made a mistake, instead of admitting to their mistake they hand up the phone! How disappointing to be a loyal customer and get such poor client service.
Thieves! If you order takeout or delivery make sure to open the box, especially the trays because they don't give good sushi and they make bad sushi cheaper. I would never buy here again!!

ordered today dragon eye for takeout when i arrived at home they didnt put any ginger and wasabi on my box 😒
Closed early and didnt let me order, very disappointed
I ordered 2 poke bowls with 2 extra sesame sauce and ying yang, I arrived home and unfortunately no sauces in the bag I found it really disappointing especially since I paid for these sauces
I've always liked this place, but when your makis are the same size as your hosomakis, there's a problem...! No way to send a photo...
Fish in sushi is very vinegary. When it is not vinegared it tastes like fish and smells very strong. Not fresh at all. We will not repeat the experience..

I went to order a simple poke bowl, the customer service wasn’t exactly rude but they didn’t much care whether I was there or not. They simply tapped on the screen what I wanted and that’s it. Now the problem is the food, the poke bowl felt hard and chewy, plus the ingredients felt old and not fresh. I order many times in this location and this is the first time this happens… Disappointed!!

25min wait for an order placed 50min before, for a total of 75min... More than 1 hour wait, there are plenty of Sushi options in Longueuil, and that's how you lose customers that we'll go somewhere else. Damage!

I got really sick after ordering from there.Very disappointed.
I had two pre made packs to go and it was the best sushi i have had in longueuil so far. Ladies were nice too. ?☺️

I don't advise anyone to go to this place especially in the evening!!!I went on a Sunday around 6:30 p.m. to get a Miami and a Combo K to take away (and I can't tell you about the level of hunger and desire for sushi that I had). Unfortunately everything that should be fried and crispy was soft and disgusting... I'm sure they didn't prepare it for me on site (I think they gave me some lunchtime sushi). I called the person who served me and she promised me that her boss would call me to explain what happened or at least apologize. And here it is Tuesday today, so 3 days without anyone calling me...I regret going there, and I'm starting to wonder if all Sushi Shops are the same, because if they are, I'll never set foot there.
