Language barrier is hard at this location… went to get a beef thai soup without cilantro. The person who took my order (always super hard to get understood with him), who by the way just stood in front of me, no hi or sign to acknowledge my presence, proceeds to immediately make my soup and makes a chicken one. I tell him it’s supposed to be beef. He doesn’t trust me and checks on the ticket he just made a few seconds ago HIMSELF.He makes it again, BUT with cilantro. I tell him and he starts to mutter in his language so I can’t understand, and starts to hit counters and the few iPads they have for skip/ubereats.Won’t be going there again.

For a while on Chemin du Tremblay, the pad thai has been dry, they no longer use eggs, tofu and green onions. They cut their cost for more profit. They must follow the menu!Sad

We ordered pad thai. On the description it said there was rice noodle, egg, tofu, green onion, radish and bean sprouts. We only had rice noodles with sprouted beans in our dish. We went to see the clerk to tell him and he told us that the dishes do not necessarily contain what is written in the description!!! We told him it wasn't normal but he seemed confused and added a few small pieces of green onion. How sad to pay $15 + taxes for a plain noodle dish. We are disgusted with this Thai Express. Big scam!!

For pad thai, old chicken, no tofu, no egg, no green onion, no peanut option…. It’s too much to pay for rice noodles and vermicelli and 1/4 chicken breast…. The worst Thai Express I have visited…. Oh yes, no French with English so broken that it was impossible to communicate…

Don't answer the phone, and tensely saying not to call the restaurant because you're disturbing them from working.. like if you call to reserve your meal and you come by in 30 minutes and well it's forbidden despite you saying you don't have time to wait and that’s why you call in

I am so disappointed. The pad sew was extremely dry no flavour . I don’t think the chicken and broccoli were fresh at all , been throwing up all night since eating it . Then after really inspecting the bowl the broccoli definitely was not good . Seems like they took all their expired chicken and broccoli tossed it in there with no care for the customer . Didn’t even eat the entire thing just a few bites gave me food poisoning. Would never go back , wish I had kept my receipt for a refund but I said to myself how could one mess up pad sew.

The absolute worst Thai curry we've ever eaten. No flavour at all. Thai Express usually has good food. They should close this outlet or ensure quality improves drastically.
