This is the worst tim hortons in the entire country. They are understaffed. The place is dirty. The outside needs repairs. Half the machines don't work.It's been two months since I was able to order an ice cap. They closed the drive through on a regular basis.I think just because they're lazy. If it's a staffing issue, close the front door and just do the drive through...

I believe this Tim Hortons has management problems and a very low quality of service. I’ve been to other busier Tim Hortons locations with the same number of staff, and the staff there know how to manage between stations and seem more motivated, resulting in shorter waiting times and better customer service.

I don't even know where to start. I stopped making reviews but I had to make a little comeback simply for how unbelievably incompetent the staff of this Tim Hortons are and how bad the food was. Can't even take the simplest orders to save their lives. Mess up the order several times and when we ask for the right order they get mad and say that's not what we said?? The worker didn't even know how the tims rewards worked and when we asked to scan ours they had no idea what it was? Like has Tim Hortons completely stopped training their staff? Forgot 2 drinks and we had to remind them to make it. Ordered a oreo moka cappucino and only gave me a moka, forgot the whipped cream, the oreo crumbs, the syrop and then got mad and were rolling their eyes when we asked?? Like maybe do your job right in the first place? Special mention to the dark skinned lady! She full on started fighting with us because guess what? We asked them to make our order the way we asked and PAID for. The refreshers didn't taste anything like they're supposed to and we'd know because my sister always orders that every time we go and it never tastes like this garbage. The bagel was so hard we could barely eat it. The staff are just rude and ignorant at another level. It's like they're having an incompetence competition. Hope I could give it negative stars.

Service? When I order Online I want to my order be ready before I get there, but they wait until I arrive there I tell them I'm here for mobile order then they start making my order!!!!!!!!!!!
And for the most recent one, they didn't have two of my items so make it UNAVAILABLE in mobile app

Visited June 15 at 8:30am and 6:30pm

Unfortunately the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. This location should most definitely be closed. The short of it. almost impossible to order at counter if you’re not French, both drive through lanes closed, waited 40min for mobile order of 4 drinks, bathroom was a health hazard. More info below.

I understand being in Montreal not everyone would speak English, but no staff there understood any English at all and were very rude with us when we tried to order.

Our first visit was at the counter (8:30am) they were out of eggs already so we had to change our order and we still received the wrong food. Frustrated with the difficulty of ordering and waiting we left.

Our second visit (6:30pm) we tried to mobile order to avoid the struggle of ordering at the counter and interacting with the employees. We then waiting for 15min and our order of 4 drinks were still not done. We had to go to the counter and say something then still wait another 20 min for only 4 drinks. To no surprise 3 of the 4 drink were also made incorrectly.

I should have taken photos of the bathroom… if I could rate it negative stars I would. It was not cleaned at all, probably ever. 8:30am already no toilet paper and pee on the floor. When we were back later in the day 6:30pm both stall were now absolutely disgusting. Pee on the floor still, no toilet paper to be found just empty rolls on the floor. Poo still in the toilets. The pace was literally unbearable. A health inspector should most definitely visit this place.

Unprofessional and not very kind with customers. No communication at all they barely acknowledged me and didn’t seem interested in helping. Definitely need some basic training on how to approach and interact with customers. A little courtesy would go a long way!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I don’t speak French fluently, and when I tried to place my order in English, the staff was noticeably rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me or trying to communicate politely, they rolled their eyes, spoke in a condescending tone, and made me feel unwelcome.

It’s completely understandable for businesses in Quebec to operate primarily in French, but there's no excuse for treating customers poorly just because of a language barrier. A little patience and basic courtesy would have gone a long way.

I’ve always been a loyal Tim Hortons customer, but this experience left a really bad impression. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training for their staff on respectful customer service—regardless of language.

The whole staff is just college teenagers, the tables can be dirty, the bathroom is next to the tables and is cramped and half the time the don't have what you ordered and ask if they can replace it. Plus the staff can be rude or incompetent at times
