Really slow service. If they don’t have staff or product why they accept orders at first. The lady working was making whatever she wanted to make. The wait time is about 40 minutes.. worst tim hortons ever with worst staff

I know inflation is hard but common, charge me the price and give me bacon and cream cheese, I need to order double cream cheese and double extra bacon?

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons where I was treated differently from the very first word, simply because I was recognized as a delivery person. The staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive, which felt unprofessional and unfair. Every customer deserves respect and equal treatment, regardless of why they’re there. Based on this experience. to be avoided until they improve their customer service and show more respect to all visitors.

I poisoned myself with a rotten egg one morning and I asked for a return from the owner and then nothing, no return. An action will be taken against the tim.

I showed up on 12/04/24 at 11 a.m. I wanted to take advantage of the promotion on the morning tim and iced cappuccino, so I placed this order + a morning worker sausage wrap. I had my promotion scanned and then paid. While waiting for my order I received the wrap and the tim morning by a kitchen employee. Subsequently another customer placed an order for cappuccino and he made it for her instantly. I asked the employee at the cash register again because it seems that he is the one in charge of the drinks. Asking him if he had forgotten my cappuccino, he replied: you didn't order an iced cappuccino, you only ordered 2 tim morning. I replied that I did not order this order but rather the wrap, the tim and the cappuccino. He says the same thing again and orders me to get back in line if I want a cappuccino. I explained to him that I had shown him my promotion and that he had scanned it in my application. He told me that it didn't work and that I just had points. When I was about to show him my order to prove that I didn't order 2 tims but he cut me off saying: shh shh shh get in line. By getting back in line, he at least had the decency to delegate the situation to his colleague who placed my order. I explained this situation to the lady. she was very courteous and made me my cappuccino. It appears that the cashier employee needs coaching on how to serve his customers. Cutting, persisting, saying shh shh shh with a sign of silence when he mentions having been poorly served is not at all professional. Especially since I remained polite and never raised my voice during the whole situation. This demonstrates a lack of good citizenship on the part of the employee.

If I could give 0 stars I would have done so.
I come freaking 6 times a week to this tim it's always a disaster when 2 associates specifically serve me there. Today I was treated to cream that went bad in my undrinkable coffee and above all it is DANGEROUS for your health 😡 without forgetting that the guy made a mistake in my order (well he didn't do what he wanted, at the checkout I had specified hazelnut and he kept saying Nutella and I corrected him for hazelnut and I still received Nutella... when he did it again I got something 🤮 ....the image is meant to depict extra nutty, extra foam cold brew coffee without ice
