This is the worst Tim Hortons I gave ever been to. I came to pick up my mobile order and the workers were lost and had no idea of what I was talking about. They were rude, incompetent and told me I had to come inside because I ordered a sandwich at the drive thru. Is that not allowed? The wait time was extremely long and it was a simple order and they made it seem like it was a huge deal. Worst servers worst attitude worst experience

If I could give no star I would. Waited over 40min. to get my mobile order and my order was wrong and one of the drinks was not available which I paid extra for nothing.
Please consider hiring some robots because two old employees could stay home and chill instead of working there - they are slower than robots. They do not know what they are doing.
Customers were frustrated, they all looked upset. Big line at the drive thru, he told me to come inside because I had a “big” order for them - obviously because people were lining up and there were 2 employees that are lost. I was so upset and I just lost my mind I started laughing because it was just so ridiculous. Never had a good experience at every Tim in Brossard locations.

The tables and counters are not very clean 😅 I hope the kitchen is clean. The hot chocolate in this purgatory is extremely sweet and tastes like sugar, I couldn't taste the chocolate.

I bought two boxes of Timbin of 20. I made it clear to the gentleman that I think the owner is for children. I trusted I took both boxes and took my son to his class to celebrate with his classmates. When I went to pick up my son he informed me that there were only two kinds of dry timbin which were difficult to swallow. Wow really disappointed. Sure it's the first and the last time I stop in this. Tim horton and can count on me to share this bad experience

We went through the drive-thru even though the sign said the store was open. There were two employees inside, but neither looked at us or responded. We waited for a while thinking maybe the mic was broken, but no, they just ignored us. A truly disappointing experience and non-existent service.
I am writing this message to warn the manager because I believe the employees are taking advantage of him.
I couldn't order the service even though I went to tap on the window of the store to show them that I was there and this dog ignored me

Friday November 29 I reserved a To Good To go box. I had to pick her up between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. I arrived at 7 p.m. and Tim was closed. I had to knock and insisted that the person answer me and say “we are closed” yes but I have a box to collect!! Really, the opening hours never correspond with what is mentioned on the net. It said closing at 10 p.m.... Each time I am disappointed with the service at this Tim.
