I bought two boxes of Timbin of 20. I made it clear to the gentleman that I think the owner is for children. I trusted I took both boxes and took my son to his class to celebrate with his classmates. When I went to pick up my son he informed me that there were only two kinds of dry timbin which were difficult to swallow. Wow really disappointed. Sure it's the first and the last time I stop in this. Tim horton and can count on me to share this bad experience

We went through the drive-thru even though the sign said the store was open. There were two employees inside, but neither looked at us or responded. We waited for a while thinking maybe the mic was broken, but no, they just ignored us. A truly disappointing experience and non-existent service.
I am writing this message to warn the manager because I believe the employees are taking advantage of him.

Friday November 29 I reserved a To Good To go box. I had to pick her up between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. I arrived at 7 p.m. and Tim was closed. I had to knock and insisted that the person answer me and say “we are closed” yes but I have a box to collect!! Really, the opening hours never correspond with what is mentioned on the net. It said closing at 10 p.m.... Each time I am disappointed with the service at this Tim.

Mediocre...(0 star) I went inside this morning for lunch there. I waited 1/2 hours in line, yes really 30 minutes. While the girl served the service of those who commanded at the terminal. Plus all the people who arrived after me. My MONEY 🤬IS AS GOOD AS THE CARDS AT THE TERMINAL. I left angry without having my patience used to the limits. When I wanted to make my order the woman gave me a minute sign and continued to serve those at the terminal. Never again will I return to this tim rue Milan and Grand-Allée. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons 😡

We stopped going to Tim's on the corner of Grand Allee and Auteuil in St. Hubert because of terrible service however we started to go back again recently because the present staff is amazing especially the young dark-haired gentleman (I am sorry I didn't catch his name). He is polite, bilingual, efficient, patient and helpful. We will tell our family and friends about this restaurant.

I came at 2.30pm, there’s no kitchen service just beverages and the person in charge wasn’t giving the info in a nice way, no good customer service at all.
