The employees are super rude. They don't even say hello and take your order poorly on top of that they let you wait for your drink as long as they want. Change personnel now.

I had ordered a simple wrap that was to make for them. I was never called for my order and wasted 45 minutes waiting for my order to be given. You call that a good customer service? Sorry, but I beg to differ.
Not only that, but the staff were rude and told me that I was in the wrong place to order. I looked at the other customers around and they were taking their orders from the same line I was in.
I myself work in customer service, and clearly the staff were lacking of discipline and respect for their clients who just wants their orders right.

The worst Tim Hortons, the employees are always chatting with each other which makes the wait very, very long!
I come here at least 3 times a week (no better option around), and all of the women who work here are extremely inpolite! Every day, same bad attitude, same rudeness towards all of the clients, same discussions between employees. The ambiance is horrible and they have absolutely no patience with the clients, let alone any kind of niceness.
They treat the customers like their own child who they don't really like.
This has got to be the reflection of bad (or absent) management. Please please hire new people!

Service not great, they tell me it's my turn to order. I pay and they don't give me my bill, the chicken in our sandwich is dry and it was cold please.

Don't go to this Tim Hortons if you are in a hurry. It's been several times that I wait more than 30 minutes even though there are less than 5 customers in front of me...
However, several Tim Hortons with the same occupancy rate as this one (for example, in downtown Montreal) process the same number of orders ten times faster.
However, they have a lot of selection (don't often run out of items), unlike the Tim Hortons located near Place Longueuil. I've never had a problem with food.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. I'm not the type to give comments because I work in the restaurant business myself. But every time I go to this Tim it's always the same thing, he doesn't change or evolve. Employees and managers argue in front of us. The employees swear when something doesn't suit them (for example if we don't know our order number she says "criss that I'm tired of it every morning" I quote) He speaks in an arrogant tone even the manager herself (I suppose it was a manager because she had a different sweater than the others). If anyone higher than the manager sees this you should talk to them. This is not good customer service. Not to mention the waiting time because while he is arguing, there is no one to place our orders. The worst is the girl who made the mobile orders on Thursday September 26 between 6:50 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. (yes it took 35 minutes to receive my order) she has to put it back, she who swears, tells the customer that he She's angry and poor thing she never has a smile on her face. I hope you hire more cheerful people.
