Hi, today i gave the ordered to women of ice latte and she gave me double instead of ice latte and when i told my order again to her she spoke me very badly in French .In my whole life i never seen lady like that. I fell very dissatisfied with their service.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! First of all, i ordered a SMALL ICE CAP… but then the woman gave me a medium and argued that i was wrong. I continued because i didn’t want to cause anymore trouble but when i wanted to add a discount on my phone (on the tims app), the woman said that it wouldn’t work when i should. The system over here has been broken for over two months and they have absolutely no willingness to fix it. On top of that, they don’t even respect us.

Please please change your employees there. My order is usually either wrong or missing items, today I got the rice cold, in Novemberrr. Workers don't seem enjoy their jobs. They pay the least attention to their job and give attitudes to customers which is very uncalled for.

Error in my order, but food is as expected. Staff is doing what they should at a minimum. Please, deep clean the place, do some renovations, something... The appearance of the kitchen is not appealing at all with the dirty frosted glass and walls.

The employees are super rude. They don't even say hello and take your order poorly on top of that they let you wait for your drink as long as they want. Change personnel now.

I had ordered a simple wrap that was to make for them. I was never called for my order and wasted 45 minutes waiting for my order to be given. You call that a good customer service? Sorry, but I beg to differ.
Not only that, but the staff were rude and told me that I was in the wrong place to order. I looked at the other customers around and they were taking their orders from the same line I was in.
I myself work in customer service, and clearly the staff were lacking of discipline and respect for their clients who just wants their orders right.

The worst Tim Hortons, the employees are always chatting with each other which makes the wait very, very long!
I come here at least 3 times a week (no better option around), and all of the women who work here are extremely inpolite! Every day, same bad attitude, same rudeness towards all of the clients, same discussions between employees. The ambiance is horrible and they have absolutely no patience with the clients, let alone any kind of niceness.
They treat the customers like their own child who they don't really like.
This has got to be the reflection of bad (or absent) management. Please please hire new people!
