I was shocked on how the way the franchise spoke to the employé while I was there they other day, she spoke like the was her personal slave , felt bad for the employee , who wants to work in that kind of environment, hope she improves or poor employees

I was spoken to by this black woman who gave me a lecture for speaking in English. She refused to serve me and when I spoke in English. Then she served me and how because I was in Quebec, I was expected to speak in French in first and blablabla. Such linguist behavior from a discriminating woman. My friend talked back to her. But, this is unacceptable behavior. We live in Canada and we have the right to be served as customers in English or French. I have lived in Quebec for over 20-years and this is the first time I have been served in such a discriminatory manner.

Came to do the Biscuits Sourir as volunteers. After working at Tim hortons for several years I was surprised we weren't given a hairnet while icing the cookies. From what I observed on a weekday morning, the drive thru is serviced relatively fast while inside does take a while to obtain your order (roughly 10-15mins from the time you walked in the door and leaving). During the 2h that I was in the dining room there wasn't an employee that passed around for a cleanliness check-up.
Food was refilled fast from the baking counter.

No good service at this location. I placed an order on the drive-thru app. First he refused to serve me at the drive-thru then a lady came and told me there was no pizza and she couldn't refund me. It had to be done with the application. Parent company Tim Hortons says it can only refund orders via delivery. Stores must refund at their discretion. I will make several complaints to change this. I also have lots of problems with delivery orders from this place/store.

Always waiting in line, whether at the wheel or inside. Very slow service. Only one crate. And each time it’s the same thing. I'm not going to come there anymore, that's for sure!! ???
