No good service at this location. I placed an order on the drive-thru app. First he refused to serve me at the drive-thru then a lady came and told me there was no pizza and she couldn't refund me. It had to be done with the application. Parent company Tim Hortons says it can only refund orders via delivery. Stores must refund at their discretion. I will make several complaints to change this. I also have lots of problems with delivery orders from this place/store.

Always waiting in line, whether at the wheel or inside. Very slow service. Only one crate. And each time it’s the same thing. I'm not going to come there anymore, that's for sure!! ???

We can say a lot about customer service and the lack of staff.
No listening to my order. I repeated 3 times and they still didn't give me the right thing

Always good service at this restaurant because the offer of 350 points with purchase of a breakfast with a muffin did not work this morning next time I will ask for details it's not very serious, thanks to the whole team for your good work!

Worst Tim Hortons on the south shore.. customer service is 0/10 with employees who persist with a customer who knows what he ordered... they have the audacity to act as if it were you the culprit when they did not place the order correctly. You ask for almond milk and they give you cream

At 6:20 a.m. on Saturday, it was still closed
Nothing is fresh. The donut and timbits were so bad. I haven’t even finish. The vanilla creamy givré was also really bad. It was tasting nothing. Just water.

What is the point of having a counter?
-online order,
-to highlight on the application “present yourself at the online order counter”,
-to announce on the application “we are preparing your order”
So that when the customer arrives: the order is not even taken into account (receipt taken out of the machine, waiting to be snatched)
When I told the service person that it would be nice to talk to customers, and do her job, she was outraged... stupid.
I know it's difficult to have employees working at more than 40% minimum wage, but offer them maybe 1 shot of espresso every 2 hours or a donut.
It could help them get out of their unhealthy passivity

They do what they can despite the abundance of students.
We can always trust Céline to serve all customers well :)

This Tim Hortons has to be the worst of all Tims in terms of inventory management. On each visit, there is at least one basic item that they do not have. Today, no hash browns and no bread at Grill Cheese!!! A Tim no bread? Soon they won't have coffee! :)
Edit: arrived home, an item was missing from my order. ?
