It was a long time. I haven't been to Tim Hortons that present. Tim Hortons I went to was not bad but at us all the Tim Hortons suck

Miserable experience from the location and the corporation. Waited 10 minutes in drive-thru for mobile pickup (no option to pick up inside). Told they can't find the order. I wasn't prepared to try and argue in French. Parked, went inside to duplicate the order. Just as an extra kick in the teeth, the breakfast sandwich was cold. Submitted this experience to Tim Horton's customer service and the response was *shrug*, nothing they can do.

It happens that there is no one near the cash register, and you are the first in line for someone to invite you to the cash register and take your order.
