Miserable experience from the location and the corporation. Waited 10 minutes in drive-thru for mobile pickup (no option to pick up inside). Told they can't find the order. I wasn't prepared to try and argue in French. Parked, went inside to duplicate the order. Just as an extra kick in the teeth, the breakfast sandwich was cold. Submitted this experience to Tim Horton's customer service and the response was *shrug*, nothing they can do.

Food was ok, but the service terrible, there was this old lady with an attitude since the beginning for no reason. Hours are wrong, already closed at 8 according to the staff

Here, if you say that there is not enough staff, it will not be true.
There is enough staff, but there is some kind of fuss and customers have to wait.
It happens that there is no one near the cash register, and you are the first in line for someone to invite you to the cash register and take your order.
Often I encountered a lack of parking. The parking lot is small.

Welcoming and smiling staff.
The coffee is almost always delicious and it's one of the only Tim Hortons to be open 24/7, to my knowledge and in my region, anyway!!!
On the other hand, it is good to know that although it is open 24 hours for the drive-thru service, the doors for ordering inside and sitting down are closed in the evening, but I am not able to specify the exact time.
