I will not return to this restaurant again. The lady in the morning has really lost her customer service. It prevents us from moving forward when there is no one there. Then you look stupid because I went to the checkout. I give her my money she gives it to me quickly and tells me to wait at the door while I walk forward shouting at me to stop to give me my order. I'm going backwards, for real it all stressed me out a lot, I almost went backwards into the back car. This is exaggerated. When I want to check my order because errors happen at the drive-thru, she puts pressure on me. As a result I left and there was no Tim morning which was for my granddaughter's lunch. A big zero for the poor and poor service of the cashier at the drive-thru! Lost a loyal customer

I went there this morning and hated my experience. The only thing that matters is their speed at the checkout for their speed competition. They don't care about the customers at all. I had a question, she told me to stop with her hand so that I don't move the car forward even though there was no one there. The bagel was not toasted, the cashier told me everything at once without seeing that my payment method was cash and she refused to arrange my order, telling me that it doesn't work. I know very well that this happened but it was going to cut their time. In short, the cashier in the morning looks like a stupid chicken who only wants to go quickly and who doesn't care about the customer experience at all. Who wants to break like that in the morning. Honestly she lost a lot

The bagels are as good as a rock, no freshness at this level, the evening and weekend service at the car is very long. The service at the counter during the day, we don't even talk about it, it's awful, there are 8 of them behind the counter and they don't even look at you. The drive-thru service in the morning can be quick thanks to the lady who has been there for years. It deserves a 5 star.

Overall I find that vrm pocket to have to wait before the window so as not to screw up their times, instead of doing that improve so your service that's what your timer is for and no ma'am at the window it's not you the best tims mm not able to give us the right drinks, a dark roast is not a cold brew

Thumbs up to the girl who has changed but for the rest wow 7:30 p.m. nothing more the xafee spend his time because cold no choice of anything most of the baskets are empty... I don't think I'll go back to that one...And I I can understand you don't like your job but when the customers are nice and accommodating it's nothing to say thank you have a good day...

Très désagréable le matin de se faire dépêcher au service à l’auto par la fille au micro pour effectuer notre commande . On constate tout de suite un ton condescendant et un manque de patience.On se fait signaler d’arrêter alors qu’on est à 6pi de la fenêtre pour aucunes raisons sécuritaires valables. Me semble que c’est un restaurant et non un pit de formule 1.

Second time I've stopped by at least 15 minutes before closing for a donut or a box of timbit only to be told they're closed. It seems really bad for the company of employees who just want to leave, plus there were at least 3 of them.

The other time I ordered a Timatin BLT on a bagel without cheese, I ended up with an egg, cheese and bacon bagel. A box of 50 mixed timbits, I end up with 35 party cakes and just 3 kinds, and that at 2 p.m.

Honestly not super competent.
