I come here every morning because it’s the closest Tim’s to work and I have literally never met a Tim’s staff that is this unprofessional, unenthusiastic and rude. 0 customer service abilities, and the food is mid at best.

I went to the place to buy hot chocolate and something to eat, but in the end I only ordered the hot chocolate because there were wasps on the food items. I told the person who served me that there were wasps on the food, but they told me it was normal and that it wasn’t a problem. To me, it didn’t seem normal at all, because under no circumstances should there be bugs (I saw 4 wasps) on the food they are going to sell.

Terrible place to order at, I was laughed at when I ordered the “supreme” beef sandwich and despite asking if it didn’t contain bacon it ended up containing it. I went to the register and the lady there insisted that they won’t change it. Extremely disappointed and felt humiliated.

We ordered our special breakfast trio and prepared our Tim Hortons application. Arriving at the take out place outside the employee couldn’t use her scanner it was broken. Than my wife told me after paying and taking our order that last week the only working scanner was inside. So no Tim Hortons points or discount we could use.

During the week in general everything is fine in the morning.
The weekend Rarely welcoming, Total lack of Respect.
When we ask for the Manager, it's an arrogant teenager who says she managed the place.
Never has stock.
Can't choose our own Timbites.
Refuses to do certain things because it is too long or complicated for the young person at the window who prefers to respond Décaliss rather than serve as he should.

Don't know the difference between a single, double or long espresso coffee, even if you only have to press a button. Always wrong. Starbucks more expensive but they always give you what you ask for.
