If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so. I order a half French vanilla coffee as I didn't quite understand what he had said to me so I repeated my order as it's not the first time I haven't got the good deal. I almost close my eyes... he replies stupidly, dryly: ok, it's beautiful afterwards! but in a tone that I didn't appreciate, sorry, but last time I'm going there.

Since they changed the night employee the only thing available on the menu is coffee... ? I don't think it's up to the employee to choose the menu offered.

I asked for two pizzas, because I saw that everyone was talking about it on social networks, and to my great surprise the pizza had almost no toppings, very little tomato sauce and very little cheese, nothing to do with what I saw in social networks and advertisements.We told the person who works there that it’s not normal and she told us that she can’t do anything for us…. And that she has doses to respect, I understand that there are dosages to respect but what we had was bread…Not to mention the fact that we waited a while before our order came, we could hear people talking inside but no one to take our order.

J’ai demander un bagel au fromage avec Philadelphia, on m’a donner un bagel au sésames, j’ai demandé de le changer la gérante m’a criée après et voulait pas me donner celui que je voulais même avec paiement de plus il a fallu que je m’obstine. Je comprend pas qu’une gérant peut parler comme ça à une cliente et même la caissière de savait pas où mettre la tête. Sans facture

Personally, you didn't have a service like that, donuts that taste nothing, and young workers who laugh or sound on their cell phones at work who don't wash their hands.In the dunkin donut at least everything was its taste of service and a beautiful atmosphere.

I go to this Tim every morning from Monday to Friday on my way to work and I ALWAYS have the same thing: a very large hot chocolate. Twice last week, I was served rinsing water instead of hot chocolate and this happens at least once a week!! This morning I told myself I wouldn't get caught and asked the employee to shake the hot chocolate in the machine well so this wouldn't happen. Arriving at the window, she tells me yes yes I did it and she tells me she knows that this happens often!! $3.50 later and arriving at the office, I notice that I still have some nice rinse water in my glass!!!!! Obviously I didn't receive a bill at the window so it's impossible to complain via Tim's site... what a waste of money!!!!
