I had a nice positive attitude towards the cashier at Tim Hortons, but the latter made me uncomfortable because he was so curt and cold when he answered me; I really didn't feel welcome. I was a little disappointed with my first experience at this place.

This is not the first time i get into it with one of the cashier (not wearing a name tag).. she looked spanish , in her 30’s (not the little lady wit the glasses but the other one) .. first time i let the situation pass but me and my friend had went for lunch and she was rolling her eyes at us impatient, turned around to talk negative about me and my friend .. (which is not a professional thing to do infront of customers.. at least wait till we leave , we went off on her ! ) … second time today ! She refused to take my order at 12:30 ( lunch time , because madame was countin her cash , what tim hortons decides to close there cash during lunch?) she told me i can go through the drive , i have no car so i asked her … your telling me to go through the drive walkin? And she agreed , well yea because im counting my cash …. VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! So i bought my self a sandwich instead at couche tard …. And i heard her ONCE AGAIN talk about me to her colleague… please someone make her learn what customer service is .. because i do customer service as well and theres no place for that workin in the public, I’ve also worked at Tim Hortons being younger and i know how it works … telling a customer to walk in the drive is a BIG NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !

I find that the owner does not take good care of this restaurant because it is very badly managed since the team is on leave for three weeks he lets one person manage the store on a Thursday morning the employee must make the coffee make the sandwiches and others then serve the customers which is unacceptable especially due to the traffic of this store there should be at least 3 during peak hours and especially on a Thursday if the owner has no other employees he should be present in order to serve customers like a real Tim Horton and not let a single employee manage it alone which causes congestion in the store and at the gas pump since these affiliate with a gas stationSo to have a coffee 15 min wait these not professionalThis message is for the ownerPlease take this into account and fix the problem.
