Sunday December 1st, we received the worst customer service. I order a large 2/2 Coffee, we can barely hear the voice of the person who is still asleep speaking to us. Who impatiently answers us that she doesn't have a big glass. She offers us a medium glass or to pay for the extra large to have a large…. ridiculous . After several requests to put our coffee (large) in a larger glass to accommodate us. She categorically refuses, telling us that her manager doesn't want it! I ask him to see this one, supposedly it is there according to him. She shouts at us to “get out” of her service if we are not happy and refuses to take our order. So I go back to speak to the manager who is suddenly no longer there, the young girl in the service refuses to give me her name. Do not wear uniform or name tag. I am really disappointed with this service. Beautiful generation.. who yell at customers… I have the video of the young girl shouting to “get out” and who is insolent
