Terrible service. there are three people working in the cafe and no one wanted to take my order for 15 minutes. There is a very aggressive woman behind the cash register. After taking my order, I waited 12 minutes for it to be cooked, despite the fact that there was no one other than me in the cafe! the staff is not friendly!I also came here several days ago during work hours, and they are closed. they close the front door several times an hour. just terrible service!A week ago I ordered a Habanero Chicken Loaded Bowl, which has rice, and what do you think happened to my rice? It was dry, so hard that you couldn't chew it. And it wasn't even evening.

Waste everywhere at the drive-thru. Dining room closed 50% of the time without clear instructions. Avoid if several vehicles in the waiting line (very slow service).

I agree with what the Mr. said that he closes at 2:30 a.m. when his farm closes at 3 a.m.

I order from Uber eat a soup and I didn’t recive it, Uber don’t want to refund me so I call the restaurant, the first employee tell me that they going to contact Uber so they can refund me, I never recive a refund so I call the day after the assistant manager answers the phone he tell me he can do nothing he doest have access for make any change in the Uber application, so I try to ask him how can we resolve that I pay 9 dollars for a soup I didn’t recive, I ask him if he can send me something with the same value, he tell me no his inventory is very limit he can help me in anything I have to contact Uber and he hand up the phone, I call again for try to speak with the manager he star to yell at me like a crazy. This is not a good service customer. How can’t nobody help me in this situation and he knows I never recive my soup that I pay.

Very long drive-thru, often lacks inventory, has to wait around 15 minutes to get out if they don't have what you want with only 3 cars ahead. As for me, they lost my customers.

This only applies to Tim on Jacques Cartier. Placed an order at the drive-thru only to be told 20 minutes later at the window that there were no more English muffins and that my order had therefore been canceled. Really not strong.
