Drive-thru really problematic... since when does it literally take 28 minutes to wait when there are only 2 cars in front of me? And when you get to the window, you wait another 5 to 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. Without even exaggerating, always errors in our orders.. we are regular customers and we are given a BLT lunch without tomato or bacon.. we ask for a large hot chocolate and we are given a medium saying: my colleague wrote medium… This was the last time we went to this Tim.

I work at night near this place and every time I want to stop by a cafe the employees hide and don't want to serve. Not only has this happened to me once, they do it very often.
This Tim Hortons runs out of items very often and sometimes closes earlier than the time listed on the website, which can be frustrating.
However, the staff is courteous and does the best they can given the circumstances.

Never seen it flip a simple roast beef sandwich 3 times!! It doesn't seem complicated to make a sandwich! I don't know what's wrong with this guy but the service is lousy, the waiting time is super long for a simple sandwich... 20 minutes! And there's no one other than me! Forced to ask for my coffee, they serve the drive-thru and you get stuck inside. It just doesn't look good and that's not to mention one employee in particular who has a shitty attitude!
