Its always the same there. They can't do anything right with your order. If you ask for any minor change on an item on the menu they'll mess it up. They don't give you your receipt so when they make an error you have no way to prove them wrong. Do yourself a favor and somewhere else.

Terrible staff... long waiting time is a rule here...it is happening AGAIN and again and again..... Worse service at Tim Hortons ever experienced./ Same rude personal and work in slow motion...after several days... No improvement! I suggested I am going to cancel the online order for not being ready at pick up..and they simply said.. Do it! Unbelievable!

Drive-thru really problematic... since when does it literally take 28 minutes to wait when there are only 2 cars in front of me? And when you get to the window, you wait another 5 to 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. It's been a long time since I went there because of the service which really leaves something to be desired and I confirm that I regret having gone back...

Without even exaggerating, always errors in our orders.. we are regular customers and we are given a BLT lunch without tomato or bacon..
we ask for a large hot chocolate and we are given a medium saying: my colleague wrote medium…
This was the last time we went to this Tim.

It says open day and night, yet it's 10 p.m. I'm at the drive-thru, an employee saw me but acts as if no one was there, I would at least like to be told that I'm not going to be served rather than to behave in this way.

I work at night near this place and every time I want to stop by a cafe the employees hide and don't want to serve. Not only has this happened to me once, they do it very often.

This Tim Hortons runs out of items very often and sometimes closes earlier than the time listed on the website, which can be frustrating.

However, the staff is courteous and does the best they can given the circumstances.
