I bought an x large coffee and a muffin on 25/03/2024, at approximatively 11:00 am. After I came back home, I noticed the muffin was squeezed and the coffee had odd taste with the smell of bleach. I didn't want to take any chance and I threw both aways.

Ok firstly $7 for a cheese fondue sandwich from the pass. Especially since half the sandwich had cheese. Secondly, it took 15 minutes to make the cashier understand what a grillcheese is. Then the toilets and the trash cans. Don't want to talk about it, I'll let you see for yourself.Deserves zero stars but not available.

I go there practically 7 days a week and although I am a regular customer half the time I am served very poorly and when I take the time to prevent the employees from making a mistake on my order they look at me as if I I was crazy and made the mistake anyway...not to mention that something is always missing (egg, decaf, etc.) which is unbelievable.

What to say ???This Saturday, February 24 afternoon, the saleswoman at the counter is unfriendly, impatient, and politeness I think is a concept that is completely unknown to her.The shelves are almost empty, the displays do not correspond to the pastries on the shelves and this person is reluctant to take us back. Sorry Madam we don't have the "Tim Horton Science" infused and if you don't want to work, go home.The cleanliness of the premises leaves a lot to be desired.We won't come back.

Its a scam. I placed an order on 17th of February through the mobile app, said the store was open an accepting orders but when I went to pick up the order the store was closed and the funs had been taken, funnily enough the store was still open and accepting orders on the mobile app.

I found small hairs in my two worker's grated today at 9am on December 16th. Meton I found it very simple it looked like arm or animal hair. Tried calling no answer.

Not much to share here.The main differences with this site and others, is the interest the employees provide as a service, since the goods are all controlled by recipes and methods provided by the franchisor.I have found that most Tim Hortons stores have a very limited menu after 21h00 or so, when most of the crowd is testing at home or on other places of their interests.Later at night, you can't just order anything on the menu, you have to have the employees what it is they have left available.Particularly unsettling of you happen to be hungry.

Using the Drive Thru I had to wait wxtra time as they have done a wrong order. A wrap instead of a chicken bowl. Dirty driveway, Garbage bins full..Papar cups on the drive..Disapointing!
