The worst sushi experience I have ever seen, the only person who had a good attitude was the cashier, very nice and courteous, I wanted to take the biggest menu, so I asked the cashier if it was possible to replace the "Californian rolls" and all other "rolls" using the same technique with traditional Japanese sushi "I prefer the one rolled up with "seaweed" nori and the one with the fish on top" A lady behind suddenly arrives "I imagine it was the manager" and the only thing I understood from her mouth was: "MISSIOUS!!! 😡" the rest was not French nor English or Japanese and from what I heard from the comments on google maps it's Chinese and not Japanese so that explains why she was constipated and couldn't find the strength to get a sensible sentence out of her mouth. Really ill-mannered and clumsy, very abrupt and not happy.
"I've been to real Japanese restaurants and I can tell you the whole establishment is very courteous and respectful, not to mention that the sushi is intact. The first thing on the menu is exactly what I'm looking for and they give you wasabi + 2 sauces, always perfect "no bs" excuse my language." brief.
So the nice cashier suggests a poké bowl to me, she takes the time to explain it to me and I decide to take this bowl. I arrive to put the tip and the other paranoid one behind asks me to hurry "PRESS OK 😡" hey relax big girl, there is no one else in the restaurant and don't ask yourself why with your attitude !!! I leave and wish the cashier a great day, when I arrive to open the bowl, I realize that the bowl is half empty!!!! 2 tiny pieces of tuna/salmon, there was nothing fresh in the bowl! When I say dry it’s because it’s been there for a very long time!!! The funny thing is that people who ordered online received the food fresh. This is the last time I go back to this "fake" restaurant and I hope everyone does the same thing! I would give it a star if I could but I give it to the cashier because she's the only one who deserves it!!!
The cashier was the one with the little beauty spots on her face, she was very kind and patient. The one who deserves to stay at home is the other one who is at the back I think it's the manager, she always looks constipated and I think she was the oldest, she really doesn't know if express and doesn't like Japanese people so I can't understand why she still works in this restaurant.

Always on time, delicious, impeccable service. A well-hidden surprise! Note that they offer several truly excellent vegetarian choices; a pre-selected platter for two makes it easy to discover.
