Visiting Canada from US ( sorry this is in English not French or Quebecois ). Originally from La Tuque visiting the old homestead with my brother. This shop was super friendly, bilingual could understand my ‘merican’ accent. Coffee was wonderful, service so welcoming. As a people watcher, it was amazing to see how nice the and friendly Canadian warmth is sitting on the picnic bench inside. If traveling East from Montreal or west from Trois-Rivières, Le Rose-Barista is a must...
Les hasards de la vie nous font découvrir des endroits étonnants! Nous avons été invités chez Le Rose-Barista.
Une jolie surprise nous attendait. Un lieu sympa comme on les aime, une réception des plus chaleureuse et c’était un jeudi ou il y avait des fish’n chips au menu du jour.
Craquants sous la dent, aiglefin frais ils n’avaient rien à envier à ceux que j’avais mangé en Tasmanie! Frites maison et salade de chou rouge pour couronner le plat!

I ate the salmon poke and it was excellent, good value for money. They provide excellent customer service. I was served quickly by the owner, Rose, who is cheerful and friendly. I will go back there for sure.
