Worst service of my life, 4 employees who walk past us and don't even look at us for 10 minutes, I even thought about asking them if the restaurant was open. I would give it a big zero if I could!

This Tim lets the radio blare in the dining room, leaving a very unpleasant atmosphere

A star is a lot of people would give 0 if it could be in the options! Worst experience at Tim.. Dear cashier, put down your headphones and hello to your customers, that’s the minimum!

I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive thru. Unbelievable.

The service was slow and the team seemed disorganized. There was a lack of leadership from the manager.

This one is one of the great ones out there, no errors what so ever in the orders!

Takes 40 minutes in the drive-thru! I have never regretted having chosen laziness so much! Because once you enter the line, you can get out, obviously!
So, message to the owners: either you make a possible exit in the drive-thru waiting line, or you close the drive-thru when you are short of staff!! That seems to me to be the least worst solution.
For a place that gets busy at times, where there are often girls at checkouts and flight services, the team seems small, which causes very long waits.
Otherwise, the place is clean and the food like any other Tim Hortons.
Wheelchair accessibility: The curb ramp is not directly where the door but it is directly where the parking lot and with free space in front.
There is enough space between the tables to pass through, the height of the tables can be a little high for some.
The toilet door is not automated.

Restaurantji Recommends
There should be at least an employee who understands and can speak English. Order breakfast and coffee and had to ask multiple times to provide the food

Before we had excellent service in this establishment, then the Arabs showed up, this morning I was there for the last time, I waited (again) 4-5 minutes before an employee arrived at the cash register, he looks at me without saying a word, no hello, no smile, I think I disturbed him, I start to give him my order and suddenly he looks at his colleague and seems much more concerned about what is happening behind rather than take orders, he ends up realizing that the customer base is piling up and he takes my order, I can see that he hardly listens, he repeats my order making lots of mistakes. I finally received my order which was very simple, I opened the bag on the way to realize that it does not differentiate between bacon and sausage, and it was the first time I ate a Tim Matin without cheese!
I don't understand why Tim Hortons lets incompetents destroy its name, my children worked in a Tim Hortons and regularly they had visits from inspectors and district managers, the service had to be fast and efficient, the guest was important, today it seems to have disappeared.
Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonalds next door or the A&W on the other side

I never write anything negative but this is ridiculous
15 minutes waiting in the car line without the possibility of leaving the queue...I'm just going to a drive-thru to be able to not waste time?

I ask for hockey cards for $1.50 which is written on the poster when purchasing drinks. The cashier tells us that it is $1.99 because that is what is written on the cash register and I reply, but it says $1.50, she and her supervisor say: well the cash register says $1.99. False advertising and in addition almost all the tables were dirty. Ol was 11 AM. No more rush!

If we could leave -5 stars that would be my rating.
45 minute wait for 2 drinks? What world do we live in? Close the establishment.
