Highly acceptable in terms of internal arrangement, architectural design, food quality, cleanliness, Tim Hortons offers better assortment of food items while it is most popular in Canada. But i am habituated to visit Tim Hortons while I have been in Dubai.

Waited 20+ min in line to get the answer that they can’t offer iced cappuccino. Come on, they could’ve put a sign at the door or something. The staff were extremely slow, standing behind the counter and chitchating in the background. None of them seem to be working. Flies everywhere inside, bathroom, the eating area, the counter, and with the food. They were flying around the muffins, the Tim bits, the croissants…. Took the exit from the highway because I saw the sign for Tim Hortons, but now I will remember to never go to this one. There are others not that far away.

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons. Love the food. But having to wait 20 minutes for a bagel was ridiculous. Kitchen looked like it was in complete chaos. Also no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms.

It looked like an abandoned place - messy and dirty.
Cette endroit ne mérite vraiment aucune étoile, le personnelles présent le soir du 8 décembre était vraiment très désagréable et se sont ouvertement foutu de nous apparemment avec quelques problème avec la langue française, je recommanderais donc au service RH de tim hortons d’engager des personne avec un minimum de savoir vivre

Worst service of my life, 4 employees who walk past us and don't even look at us for 10 minutes, I even thought about asking them if the restaurant was open. I would give it a big zero if I could!

A star is a lot of people would give 0 if it could be in the options! Worst experience at Tim.. Dear cashier, put down your headphones and hello to your customers, that’s the minimum!

Takes 40 minutes in the drive-thru! I have never regretted having chosen laziness so much! Because once you enter the line, you can get out, obviously!
So, message to the owners: either you make a possible exit in the drive-thru waiting line, or you close the drive-thru when you are short of staff!! That seems to me to be the least worst solution.
