Long wait to order. At 11 a.m., almost all the tables are dirty. One toilet doesn't lock and the other is dirty and paperless. The music is very loud, it’s a Tim not a “rave”! Beautiful renovations but for the rest…….!

Every time I order I realize that there are always omissions and every time I want a cappuccino (normally hot) I have to specify it, go to all the cafes the cappuccinos are always hot! If I wanted iced cappuccinos I would specify that I want it iced!!!! If I don't specify that I want it hot they all get mixed up like a pack of cards! No more wasting money on things ordered or forgotten

After line up about 30mins I finally could order but the problem again with the language, I can't speak French and he doesn't speak English ? so it took me longer time to order and seems they running out of so many dishes even it's just 11:30am, also only one guy was working, the other guy was off and busy with his phone. Anyway the coffee is always good. Clean restroom. Reasonable price.

Monday January 8 around 1 p.m.:My order: a dark 3 milk, 3 sugar.What I receive:Green plastic packaging in the coffee and coffee that tastes burnt and old with cream instead of milk and normal coffee instead of dark.Not to mention the slow service.The little girl with the tattooed arms at the drive-thru should pay more attention.
