Brennan's Hill Restaurant/Bar

A hallmark of the community with great service and fare, always happy to see familiar faces when I stop by. They also just opened a boutique next door with secondhand items and other local goods open Wed-Fri evenings. Something to check out on your drive up to the cottage, or home from work :)

Went there very often this summer for cold beer and some food. Very spacious and clean restaurant. Nice draft beer and freshly made food. Friendly stuff and when not to busy you can get great stories about Brennan’s Hill history from the owner.Would recommend for sure.

Waited more than an hour with our kids for food no one wanted to eat in the end. The wait was so bad we changed our dine in order to take out. We ordered milk for our son which was completely curdled and foul. The fryer oil hasn't been changed in months, if not years - everything fried was dark, dark brown. The waitress was very nice - she said something about a power outage but if that was causing a delay to our order she didn't say anything. The coleslaw was the only decent thing. It appeared there were several other people there that were served before us - maybe they prioritize their locals/regulars? Who knows.

1st time stopping at this restaurant and bar it's a great place to stop the place is large very clean and the staff wad excellent and very friendly. We enjoyed our food and would recommend it to anyone
