Small restaurant near the electrical terminals of the post office at Epiohanie. Having read the comments, I wasn't sure I wanted to go there but a colleague recommended the club sandwich to me. Luckily I went anyway, the club was excellent, the service too, the lady was very attentive and came to ask me if I was missing something on several occasions. Regarding the prices, I paid exactly the price displayed on the menu. I will come back! THANKS.

Normally I don't have anything to say against this restaurant but because of an error on their part yesterday, this restaurant is over for me.
We order two trios on the pamphlet. Arriving at the door, the delivery man realizes that he has forgotten a drink...well it happens. We paid. He went back to get her. In the meantime, we opened our bags.
They made a mistake despite the fact that I repeated my order 3 times and the receptionist told me twice that a poutine was missing so I called and a woman answered and told me that the employee forgot to put it. register so I have to pay again for a new poutine that I already paid for because it cost me almost $50 for 2 people.
When I replied that the error did not come from me the lady on the phone started laughing at me and said: "if you think I'm going to give you a free poutine..." and I had to raise my voice of my voice so that she can listen to me. Really unprofessional.
In addition to this error, they charged me the trio for each item individually so I paid a lot more for nothing instead of the special.

Watch your invoices: they overcharge and only give written invoices that only show the total amount and they do not want to provide the printed invoice. Supposedly their fund is broken. It's been over 3 months and the amounts in the menu don't match what they charge you. See photo Med pizza + extra pepp + a slice: 29.87 with taxes, but it costs me 32.20?? Complaint to OPC made

We arrived in the restaurant around 4:45 p.m. and we were never greeted/welcomed. My daughter and I took a seat on a bench while my partner waited at the counters. After 10 minutes without answers, we left.
The only nice thing is the view of the river. For the rest, very disappointed.
Without having tasted the food, I dare to imagine that it must not be fantastic given the non-existent service. We won't go back there.
