Imagine coming home to the comforting aroma of your parents or grandparents cooking, eagerly awaiting your arrival. That’s the kind of authentic, heartwarming experience this restaurant offers — delicious home-style meals, a welcoming atmosphere, and even homemade iced tea. A truly special place, I highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again and again.

Let’s get something straight: some places are worth the drive. Not “good for the area,” not “convenient if you’re nearby” — I’m talking about a place that justifies going out of your way, especially if you live anywhere west of Montreal. And this Afghani restaurant in Île-Perrot? It’s the spot. A hidden gem in the truest sense.

Incredible Afghan food thoughtfully plated and prepared. Delicious with lots of vegetarian and multiple meat options. Don’t miss the appetizers or rice pudding! Surprisingly affordable. For the quality of the meal and service, you’d expect to pay 50% more. Great for a weeknight out for something different or even a special occasion for a big group.
