Worst experience at any subway branch in history. Ordered on online Saturday night, (biggest regret ever) ordered a simple 6inch pizza sub with lettuce and extra cheese, a 6inch cold cut combo with also extra cheese, a bag of 6 chocolate chip cookies, and 1 macadamia cookie… I DID NOT GET ANY CHEESE ON NONE OF THE SANDWICHES! not even the regular amount, ZERO! and I paid for extra cheese too!!! I got my macadamia cookie but not the 6 chocolate chip cookies! I called subway (which is something I never do, this is the first but what I got was so outrageous and unacceptable) I spoke with an employee who said I can come to the store and get a new order remade, I explained to him that I can not at the moment thats why I ordered online, but that I will be able to pick it up in the next day or two, today is Monday I call them to notify them that I am coming to pick up my order now and a lady answered and passed the phone to another employee to talk to me, she was yelling in the background giving him instructions telling him what to say to me, (it was frustrating) he going on about a refund and that I need to contact the online provider…. And I told him my call was not about a refund It was to get my sandwiches made and get my missing item, and he was going on about how he cant do that.. that I would first have to get credit or a refund first and use that money to pay them AGAIN (keep in mind there are delivery fees, services fees and tips that I would have to pay again) from the online provider and then they would remake it.
