Thai Express Restaurant L'Île-Perrot

Terrible food! I've been to many Thai Express locations and this one is by far the worst the pad thai was flavorless and tasted nothing like the pad thai I've had at other Thai Express locations. Very disappointing, will never return.

Got 2 pad Thai for to go, we had to throw out all the chickens because they weren’t cooked enough!

Idk where to start but this location by far is the worst location I have been to between Montreal and Ottawa. It is the worst from all aspects.
From customer service if there was a 0 star I would give it to them, same goes with atmosphere.
Food wasn't too bad but still beats all of the other location when it comes to how bad the food there.
First and last time to visit this location and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there specifically if you have kids and family.

People who work there shouldn’t be working for any restaurant chain or any customer service for that matter. People extremely rude and the food is horrible.

I had high hopes when visiting this restaurant, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and a general lack of hospitality. Staff interactions came across as abrupt and dismissive, which made the overall dining experience uncomfortable.

Food aside, respectful and courteous service is the minimum expectation when visiting any establishment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in better customer service training. I won’t be returning, nor recommending it to others based on this experience.

It is one of the worst places you could ever visit. Not only the food is bad but the service and the owner are very unfriendly and rude with everybody. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. Would never recommend to anyone.

Thai Express Don-Quichotte – Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service!

Avoid this location at all costs. Thai Express as a brand should be ashamed of having such owners/staff represent them. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others reconsider supporting this location until there’s accountability for this unacceptable behaviours.

I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. I asked for two small Tom Yum soups with the noodles on the side — something I’ve had done at other Thai Express locations with no issue. The staff rudely refused and said, “I put the noodles inside or I don’t make it.” I then said I guess, okay sure put it inside. He then went to the kitchen and came back saying “just making sure i put the noodles inside or leave”. I then calmly said I told you okay but i just want to know is there a reason why you don’t want to do it. He got aggressive and told me to “Leave leave, i’m not making it”, waving his hand in my face.

Another employee joined in, yelling and saying “Here we don’t bargain.” When I said I’d file a complaint for how bad they’ve treated me, both laughed and said, “Go ahead, complain complain, we don’t care.”

Those are people that clearly don’t care about customer service or the reputation of the Thai express name.

NO WONDER THE BAD RATINGS, the old guy who is working there and I think he is the owner was so rude to my wife, she only asked him to put the noodles of the soup on the side as we always do on the other locations, he said no and then went to the kitchen and came back telling her to leave. Never stepping a food over there again, the one in Vaudreuil is much better.

Ordered food on uber eats and it’s clear it’s been sitting out for a while it’s stale and dry. They didn’t even put it in a delivery bag. The poor driver had to make sure it didn’t spill. Not only this but they didn’t even add any utensils or napkins. Genuinely disappointing.
